The Method Of Improving Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms By Treating The Lung

Objective:To objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of San’ aoxiongtingheji’s positive impact on improving lower urinary tract symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia(the Feiyushuitingzheng).Methods:Sixty patients with lower urinary tract symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia are randomly divided into Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules accompanied with San’aoxiongtingheji groups and Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules groups and tested urination symptoms4weeks after the treatment. Symptoms such as cough,expectoration, micturition and so on will be observed.ResuIts:The overall curative rate of Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules accompanied with San’aoxiongtingheji group is93.33%and control group is73.33%after the treatment. The disparity between the two is huge and then has sense in statistics (P<0.05). The overall treatment effect of treatment group evidently surpasses control group. And treatment group surpasses control group in improving traditional Chinese medicine symptom and clinical symptom (P<0.05).ConeIusions:San’aoxiongtingheji has definite curative effect on improving lower urinary tract symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (the Feiyushuitingzheng) with no visibly untoward effect and can enormously improve patients’respiratory passage symptoms, urination symptoms, and quality of their life. It has a very broad application prospect.
