| ObjectiveTo investigate Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom factors distribution and combined regulation of hypertension,clarify the TCM pathogenesis,and guide the TCM differentiation syndromes therapy of hypertension。MethodsThe clinical information from patients with hypertension in various TCM Hospital of Jilin,Xinjiang,Yunnan,Liaoning,Heilongjiang and Guangdong from November 2015 to January 2017 was collected by means of clinical epidemiological questionnaire survey.The clinical information collected was inputted by Epidate 3.0.Spss17 software was used to factor analysis and clustering analysis of data.The hypertension-related symptom factors were extracted on combining with expert advice,the hypertension symptom factors diagnosis points were preliminary established,and the distribution of hypertension symptom factors were investigated.Result1.689 patients with hypertension(341 males,348 females),aged 26 to 85 years(62.76 ± 12.89);the new hypertension has the shortest disease course,the longest course of disease was up to 41 years(9.04±8.4);there were 588 cases of patients with hypertension over the age of 50,of which 271 cases were males(46.2%),316 cases were females(53.8%).The different grades of hypertension distribution have no significant difference in different age groups,gender and course of disease.2.Dizziness,headache,spiritlessness and fatigue are the main sym ptoms of hypertension,the frequency of that is more than 50%,follow ed by mouth dryness,insomnia,chest depression,thirst,dreaminess,f ullness of head,palpitation,the frequency of that is more than 40%.3.The distribution regulation of symptom factors of hypertension:Sthenia symptom factors:heat(48.0%),phlegm(44.7%),yang-hyperactivi ty(43.6%),blood stasis(33.1%),qi stagnation(30.4%),dampness(22.9%);D eficiency syndrome elements:deficiency of Qi(57%),blood deficiency(48%),Yang deficiency(44.8%),yin deficiency(20.9%);The syndrome factor s of disease location:Liver(39.8%),lung(28.8%),heart(26.9%),kidney(22.9%),spleen(22.5%).4.In the group of course of less than 10 years,the deficiency syndrome is mainly based on qi deficiency syndrome,the sthenia syndrome is mainly based on heat syndrome and the disease’ s location is mainly in the liver.In the group of course of 10~20 years,the deficiency syndrome is mainly based on qi deficiency syndrome,the sthenia syndrome is mainly based on phlegm syndrome and the disease’ s location is mainly in the liver.In the group of more than or equal to 20 years,the deficiency syndrome is mainly based on qi deficiency syndrome,the sthenia syndrome is mainly based on heat syndrome and the disease’ s location are mainly in the liver,heart.There is significant difference in the distribution of deficiency symptom factor in different course of disease of hypertension.There is no significant difference in the distribution of sthenia symptom factor and disease location symptom factor in different course of disease of hypertension.5.In the group of 18 to 29 years old,the deficiency syndromes are qi deficiency,yang deficiency and yin deficiency,the sthenia syndrome are mainly phlegm syndrome,dampness syndrome,yang-hyperactivity syndrome and the disease’ s location is mainly in the liver.In the group of 30~39 years old,the deficiency syndrome is mainly based on qi deficiency syndrome,the sthenia syndrome is mainly based on phlegm syndrome and the disease’ s location are mainly in the liver and lung.In the group of 40~49 years old,the deficiency syndrome is mainly based on blood deficiency syndrome,the sthenia syndrome is mainly based on heat syndrome and the diseases location is mainly in the liver.In the group of 50~69 years old,the deficiency syndrome is mainly based on qi deficiency syndrome,the sthenia syndrome is mainly based on heat syndrome and the disease’ s location is mainly in the liver.In the group of more than 70 years old,the deficiency syndrome is mainly based on qi deficiency syndrome,the sthenia syndrome is mainly based on phlegm syndrome and the disease’ s location is mainly in the liver.There is no significant difference in the distribution of sthenia symptom factor and deficiency symptom factor in six different age ranges of hypertension.There is significant difference in the distribution of disease location symptom factor between different age ranges of hypertension.6.In patients with hypertension grade 1,the deficiency syndrome is mainly blood deficiency syndrome,the sthenia syndrome is mainly yang-hyperactivity syndrome;in patients with hypertension grade 2,the deficiency syndrome is mainly Qi deficiency syndrome,the sthenia syndrome are mainly heat syndrome and phlegm syndrome;in patients with hypertension grade 3,the deficiency syndrome is mainly Qi deficiency syndrome,the sthenia syndrome is mainly heat syndrome.In the different grades of hypertension,the disease location in the different levels of hypertension takes liver as the principal location.There is no significant difference in the distribution of symptom factors of hypertension in different levels of hypertension.7.The distribution regulation of deficiency symptom factors of hy pertension:three syndrome factors(20.5%),both syndrome factors(20.3%),one syndrome factors(15.8%),four syndrome factors(13.8%);The st henia symptom factors of hypertension:both symptom factors(19.5%),three symptom factors(16.9%),single symptom factors(13.8%),four s ymptom factors(10.3%),five symptom factors(8.9%),six symptom fac tors(5.6%).the syndrome factors of disease location:Three syndrome fa ctors(20.2%),both syndrome factors(20.1%),one Syndrome factor(15.6%),four Syndrome factors(13.6%).Conclusion1.The distribution of hypertension is same between men and women,the incidence of hypertension increased among women over the age of 50.The different grades of hypertension distribution have no significant difference in different age groups,gender and course of disease.2.Dizziness,headache,weakness and tiredness are the main symptoms of hypertension,followed by mouth dryness,insomnia,chest depression,thirst,dreaminess,fullness of head headache,palpitation.3.The disease location symptom factor of hypertension is mainly in liver,and lung,heart,kidney,spleen-related,deficiency symptom factor is mainly qi deficiency,followed by blood deficiency,Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency.The main sthenia syndrome factors of hypertension are heat syndrome,phlegm syndrome and yang hyperactivity syndrome,followed by blood stasis,qi stagnation and dampness.4.The deficiency symptom factor of hypertension has different distribution regulation in different course of disease.The sthenia syndrome factor and disease location symptom factor have no significant differences in the distribution of different course of disease.The distribution of disease location symptom factor in the six age ranges of hypertension is different.The distribution of disease nature symptom factor in different age range is roughly same.The distribution of symptom factor of hypertension in different levels of hypertension is roughly same.5.Three syndrome factors in the deficiency syndrome of hypertensionis more common,followed by two symptom factors.The sthenia syndromes factors of hypertension is mainly two symptom factors,followed by three factors. |
