Based On Date Mining Technology Of Chinese Literature Of Acupuncture Clinical Study Of Tennis Elbow

ObjectiveWith the development of the society,tennis elbow is the commonly encountered disease.And acupuncture and moxibustion which is the rarity of China has a great effect on the cure of tennis elbow.There are many advantages,such as tennis elbow、convenience and speed、high security、low recurrence rate and so on.In recent years,more and more research about curing tennis elbow has appeared.Facing lots of studies,borrowing the experience of predecessors,refering to Chinese literature,using the date mining technology,exploreing the rule of the treatment of tennis elbow,this study is put to use for theoretical basis of clinical therapeutics of tennis elbow areas.MethodsIn the study,the retrieval mode is used,including the subject search and the subject search.The subject words contain tennis elbow、external humeral epicondylitis、Lateral elbow pain syndrome。The key words contain acupuncture and moxibustion、acupuncture、fire needle、auricular needle、bloodletting、point、cupping and dermal needle.The Searching websit is conposed of Chinese academic journal full text database、Baidu Scholar、Wanfang databaseand、Chinese biomedical database and Chinese VIP journal database.We need collect the literature before December 31,2016.Then we should choose them which is qualified for the study for date mine.After that,SQL 2008 is used to build a data base and analysis the information with association rules.ResultsThis study has searched for a total of 486 Chinese periodical literature,and 99 of them are used for date mine.1、Acupoints in frequency analysis:the living acupoint of the emergence of the frequency is 88.1I11 is 27.LI10 is 22.2.Acupoints compatibility of the law with association rules:the highest support degree is the living acupoint=>LI11.the support degree is 21.21%.the confidence coefficient is 81.84%.3.Treatment in frequency analysis:the needle knife of the emergence of the frequency is 31.Acupuncture is 26.moxibustion is 19.4、Treatment with association rules:all the support degree is Less than 10%.Statistics has no meaning.ConclusionThrough the searching of many databases,finding the screening literature,collating data,we can establish a database for data mining.Through the analysis of the information with association rules,we found that the living acupoint is commonly used to treat tennis elbow.Besides the treatment of Tennis elbow is mainly using local point selection which is using proximal acupoints to supply.And remote location is haldly used.In addition,the needle knife is often applied to the treatment of tennis elbow.
