Objective:Humeral epicondylitis, also known as tennis elbow, clinically more common in the medical equivalent of the "tendon injury," is a humeral epicondyle tendon attached to the forearm extensor group of long-term strain and friction caused by local congestion, edema, periosteal reaction and muscle fasciitis, the bone protrusion, ligament and muscle attachment points of the nerve dystrophy, the muscle of a long time, adhesion, resulting in pressure on the elbow and narrow capillary tracts of the disease occurred. Often clinically more common to use more techniques, acupuncture, closure and other treatment methods. Local block therapy because of its significant therapeutic effects, clinical multi-purpose. Prednisolone commonly used in clinical treatment of partial closure, the effect is significant, but the corticosteroid prednisolone are hormones, may be used for closure of the pain worsened, local infection, chronic ulcers, osteoporosis, bone necrosis and other side effects even. In this study, meloxicam and prednisolone injections in treatment of tennis elbow pain point analysis of clinical efficacy for tennis elbow pain point of closure for a new, effective and safe method of treatment. Methods:Made through the application of external humeral epicondylitis general and clinical data sheet, refer to the Chinese Medical Association compiled the "clinical practice guidelines. Pain Science Volume" on the humeral epicondylitis clinical diagnostic criteria of the past six months in Traditional Chinese Medicine University of the First Affiliated Hospital out-patient treatment in patients with humeral epicondylitis 60 patients met the inclusion criteria selected patients with clinical studies. The randomized, controlled clinical trial,60 subjects were randomly divided into three groups ABC, A group received prednisolone injection, B group were given meloxicam injection, C group were given combination of rubbing method meloxicam injection, three drugs were combined with lidocaine for local trigger point injection. Observed before,7 days after treatment, pain scores and changes in clinical symptoms were recorded during the treatment adverse events. Finally, information obtained will be entered into the computer, using SPSS13 statistical software, by comparing the time course of the disease among the three groups before and after treatment pain index (VAS score) is statistically significant, and record the course of treatment emergent adverse reactions.Result: 1, the first three patients treated sex, age, disease duration, disease location, TCM, pain scores (VAS scores) showed no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable; 2, three groups of patients after treatment than before treatment VAS scores decreased significantly after treatment by t test, the differences were significant (P<0.01); three groups of patients with AS scores after treatment by t test, no significant difference (P> 0.05); 3, prednisolone and meloxicam on the qi and blood deficiency type of tennis elbow treatment of partial closure of the clinical effect is significant, and rubbing method with meloxicam local trigger point injection on qi and blood deficiency type and cold obstruction syndrome tennis elbow has a very good clinical results; 4, three groups of self-evaluation of analgesic effect in patients with no significant difference; 5, prednisolone group had 2 cases of adverse reactions, and certain adverse reactions and prednisolone on the injection of meloxicam case of two groups of 40 patients without adverse reactions; Conclusion:Meloxicam injection treatment of tennis elbow is a partial closure of a new, effective clinical treatment, treatment with better efficacy rubbing medicine, and in the present study found no adverse reactions.
