The Clinical Research Of Penetration Needling Treatment Of Low Back Muscle Fasciitis

Objective Observation of back-yang combination of electro-acupuncture by the penetration acupuncture treatment of low back muscle fasciitis of clinical efficacy and would to search for the better lower back fasciitis treatment.Methods The Sixty cases of lower back fasciitis included in the experiment were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of thirty cases were treated with after back-yang combination of electro-acupuncture treatment of penetrating stab. The control group of thirty cases were treated with Ibuprofen Capsules. The treatment was thirty days. Fuzzy score using visual (VAS) and functional disability index (Oswestry) to assess changes in patient condition.Results In the treatment group,6 cases were cured and 23 cases improved,1 case was ineffective with a total effective rate of 96.7%; in the control group,2 cases abscission,2 cases were cured and 20 cases improved,6 cases were ineffective with a total effective rate of 78.6%. Statistically, there were significant differences between the two group(P<0.05), describing the observation group than the control group. The treatment group in improvement of pain and daily activities dysfunction was better than the control group, with scores significantly decreased (P<0.01) and there was significant difference between them.Conclusion:1.Penetration needling treatment of low back muscle fasciitis had obvious effect and it is a better than the control group.2. Penetration needling treatment can reduce pain in patients with fasciitis and improve this dysfunction caused by disease.
