| Objective:1.To evaluate the prevalence,associated risk factors of overactive bladder(OAB)in operating room nurses,and discuss the general factors,behavior factors and occupational stress factors on the ifluence of OAB.2.To improve the swot analysis with OAB of operating room nurses,enhance their attention to bladder health,and promote the quality of life and work efficiency.Methods:A total of 381 operating room nurses by convenience sampling in 5 three chass A tertiary hospitals in Jinan.We used Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OABSS),Toileting Behavior Scale(TBS)and Nurse Job Stressors Scale(NJSS)to evaluate the symptoms of OAB.Analysis was conducted with SPSS 17.0.Results:1.The prevalence of OAB,OABdry and OABwet in operating room nurses were 31.23%,22.04%and 9.19%,higher than the domestic research in general.The prevalence of mild,moderate and severe OAB was 70.58%,28.57%and 0.85%,respectively.Frequency and nocturia are two of the most commen symptoms.2.Single analysis showed that age,working age,BMI,working time,marital status,educational background,income,work station,urinary infections,drinking,delivery,toileting behaviors and job stressors were meaningful variables.3.Multivariate analysis showed that age,work time,work station,toileting behaviors and job stressors were significantly associated with OAB.Conclusions:.1.The prevalence of OAB in operating room nurses were higher than the domestic general population,OABdry were in the majority.The ratio of OABdry and OABwet were 2.4:1Mild OAB were mostly,moderate and severe OAB were in minority.2.On the basis of multivariate analysis,age,work time,work station,toileting behaviors and job stressors were significantly associated with OAB. |
