Objective To study the effectiveness of Colpohysterectomy and anterior and posterior wall colporrhaphy and laparoscopic vaginal stump suspension.Methods 65 patients with uterine prolapse during February 2011 to October 2013 in Linyi People’ s Hospital were randomly divided into two groups.34 patients have undergone the new operaton(research group),the other 31 patients have undergone the routine traditional operation(control group).We recorded all patients’ pelvic organ prolapsed(POP-Q stage)before operation,operation time,blood loss,length of hospital stay,postoperative body temperature,residual urine volume.Patients were followed up at 3,6,9,12,18,24 months after operation,giving satisfaction survey,gynecologic examination,mearuring vaginal stump(POP-Q stage C point),quality of sexual life and complications.Results Only 1 patient of research group felt abdominal discomfort,aggravated while walking,have recovered after a little time,and no more vaginal stump prolapse,no recurrence happened.2 patients of control group postoperative vaginal stump dropped to "-1",1 case of patients with postoperative vaginal stump dropped to "0" level.Conclusion Compared with the traditional surgery,the new operation have lower risks and technical requirements,in 2 years follow-up,all 34 patients of research group never had vaginal stump prolapse again.Obviously decrease the recurrence rate.
