| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of massage combined with umbilical sticking with digestion-promoting pill treatment for children with Indigestion Diarrhea Caused by Improper Diet,to explore its possible mechanism,observe the probability of occurrence of adverse events,for children with Indigestion Diarrhea Caused by Improper Diet to provides a fast,safe and effective treatment.Methods:60 cases of children with Indigestion Diarrhea Caused by Improper Diet were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 30 cases.The treatment group were treated with massage combined with umbilical sticking with digestion-promoting pill method;The control group with oral administration of Montmorillonite powder and Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Powders,once a day,five days a course of treatment.The main symptoms(stool frequency,stool traits),secondary symptoms(abdominal distention,abdominal pain,vomiting,appetite,belching,spirit,complexion,thirst,urine output),stool routine improvement as the main observation,to record the scores of main and secondary syndromes,stool routine examination before and after treatment,and stool remission time.take the test results to statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment.Results:1 Overall clinical curative effect of the two after treatment,with difference statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was obviously better than control group.2.The same group before and after treatment comparison,the two groups after treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total score was significantly lower than before treatment,with difference statistically significant(P<0.05),the two groups can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with Indigestion Diarrhea Caused by Improper Diet.3.Comparison the two groups after treatment,the scores of the the main,secondary and total symptoms of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with difference statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was obviously better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of children with Indigestion Diarrhea Caused by Improper Diet.4.The stool remission time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference statistically significant(P<0.01),the treatment group in remission stool time was superior to the control group5.Compared the two groups after treatment of abnormal stool routine improvement,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),There was no difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving the abnormal stool routine.Conclusion:Massage combined with umbilical sticking with digestion-promoting pill therapy children with Indigestion Diarrhea Caused by Improper Diet curative effect,good security,with the value of clinical application. |
