Clinical Research About The Effect Of Noninfetive Pedo-diarrhea Which Belongs To Affected By Improper Diet Type In Tcm Treated With Manipulation

Purpose:In the study,we observe the clinical effect of noninfetive pedo-diarrhea which belongs to affected by improper diet type in TCM treated with Manipulation.Methods:we devide 50 patients into two groups at random in which Manipulation group versus Dioctahedral smectite group equals 1:1. Manipulation group has 25 patients, Dioctahedral smectite group has 25 patients;and we observe the Symptoms,PHysical signs,laboratory indexs before and after treatments. The package of SPSS12.0 is used in data processing.Results:Manipulation group has 8 examples cured, 10examples dramatically valid,6 examples valid,1 examples invalid,and the total valid rate is 96%; Dioctahedral smectite group has 6 examples cured,8 examples dramatically valid,5examples valid,5examples invalid, and the total valid rate is 80%.The effect of Manipulation group is better than that of Dioctahedral smectite group statistically,p<0.05.Conclusions:The effect of Manipulation to Noninfetive pedo-diarrhea which belongs to Affected by improper diet type in TCM t is obvious.
