The Clinical Study For The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Proteinuria(Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency In Spleen And Kindey Accompanied With Renal Collaterals Block) With Scorpio In Different Dose Of Chinese Medicine Compound

Objectives:To study the effectiveness and security and the trend of concentration-response relationship of different doses of Scorpio in traditional Chinese medicine compound treating chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria.Methods:The method of this experiment is random, alternative and contrastive. proposed 30 cases as sample size, using SAS statistical analysis system, randomly producing the arrangement(accepted the treatment of group A or group B)of 30 cases according to the proportion of 1:1.The patients who meet the inclusion criteria are assigned into the group A or group B according to the time sequence.The treatment plan of group A:In the first phase of treatment, the author prescribe the basic formula adding Scorpio in 5 gram for 4 weeks.After 4 weeks, the patients will have an elution stage for 2 weeks.Then they will have the basic formula adding Scorpio in 10 gram for 4 weeks.The treatment plan of group B:In the first phase of treatment, the author prescribe the basic formula adding Scorpio in 10 gram for 4 weeks.After 4 weeks, the patients will have an elution stage for 2 weeks.Then they will have the basic formula adding Scorpio in 5 gram for 4 weeks.One formula is used just for one day.We observe the syndrome、24-hour urinary protein、 kindey and liver functions throughout the treating stage.Results:1. The clinical effective rate of protein in low dose group was 29.17%,in high dose group was 37.50%.High dose group is better than low dose group in the clinical effective rate of protein,and showed a trend of concentration-response relationship.But there’s no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.The clinical effective rate of symptoms in low dose group was 66.67%,in high dose group was 70.83%.High dose group is better than low dose group in the clinical effective rate of symptoms,and showed a trend of concentration-response relationship.But there’s no statistical significance (P>0.05).3. The indicators of effect of 24-hour urinary protein and Urine protein qualitative after treatment is lower than before treatment and showed a trend of concentration-response relationship.The indicators of Effect of renal function (Scr and eGFR) almost have no difference between before and after treatment.There’s no statistical significance in the comparison of this four indicators of effect between the two groups.4.The integral of symptoms after treatment is lower than before treatment and showed a trend of concentration-response relationship..Both groups have a certain extent relief to symptom,the relief rate of high dose group is higher than the low dose group about the symptom like limb edema, facial dull, hand and foot cramps, tinnitus. The remission rate of the rest of the symptom in the two groups have no significant difference5.There is no abnormal phenomena relating to Scorpio except a case of potassium increased and a case of ALT increased through the research viewed from the results of examining blood routing、urine routing、stool routing、liver function kidney function, electrolyte and ECG.Conclusions:1.Using different doses of Scorpio in traditional Chinese medicine compound to treat chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria is one of the effective methods,It could make clinical symptoms improved.2. The high dose group is relatively better than low dose group in improving the clinical symptoms and reducing the proteinuria,showed a trend of certain concentration-response relationship,but the difference of curative effect has not statistically significant between the two groups.3.The different doses of Scorpio in traditional Chinese medicine compound has proved to be safty.4. we need to enlarge the sample size,prolong the follow-up period,explore further and deeper.
