| Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Huangkui capsule in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria,provide a new theoretical basis for the effect of Huangkui capsule in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Method:In this dissertation,we mainly focus on 60 inpatient and outpatient cases of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria in hospital of traditional Chinese and Western medicine of Shanxi Province as the research object,the urine protein in 0.5 ~ 2g/d,the cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group has 30 cases.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment plus Losartan Potassium Tablets,in the treatment group were treated based on the control group plus Huangkui capsule treatment,treatment for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups of patients with 24 hours urine protein,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,serum cystatin C,high sensitivity C reactive protein and other laboratory indicators of change;and observed before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of serum interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor a inflammatory changes were observed in the two groups;and the main symptom scores change;observe the change of blood glucose,blood lipid,liver function,electrocardiogram,safety analysis.Result:1)curative effect: the total curative effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 86.7%(26/30)and 73.3%(22/30),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective ratethe of TCM syndrome in treatment group and the control group was 90%(27/30)and 76.7%(23/30),the difference was very statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,two groups of patients with lumbar pain,fatigue,edema of the face and limbs symptom scores were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);the symptom score of treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome score of treatment group was(8.15±2.47),lower than the control group which syndrome score was(13.25±3.62),P<0.05.2)laboratory index: before treatment,there were no significant differences in 24h-Upro levels in the two groups(P > 0.05);after treatment,24h-Upro levels of the two groups were decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05),24h-Upro of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);before and after the treatment,SCr and BUN levels of two groups have no significant difference(P > 0.05);before the treatment,the two groups had no statistically significant differences in the levels of hs-CRP and Cysc(P > 0.05);after treatment,hs-CRP and Cysc levels of two groups were decreased,there was significant difference compared with before the treatment(P<0.05),,hs-CRP and Cysc levels of treatment group is lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3)inflammatory cytokines index: before treatment,the two groups had no statistically significant differences in the levels of IL-6 and TNF-a(P > 0.05);after treatment,the IL-6 and TNF-a levels of two groups were decreased,there was significant difference compared with before the treatment(P<0.05),IL-6 and TNF-a levels of treatment group is lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).4)safety indicators: none of the patients had grade 4 adverse reactions during the treatment,blood routine,blood glucose,blood lipid,liver function,electrocardiogram have no abnormal change and no statistically significant between safety coefficient difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1)Huangkui capsule can effectively reduce the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria level,reduce blood cystatin C,high sensitivity C reactive protein level,stable creatinine and urea nitrogen level,have a certain protective effect on renal function;2)Huangkui capsule can effectively improve symptoms in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis;3)Huangkui capsule has no obvious side effects,safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical application. |
