A Clinical Evaluation On The Therapeutic Effects Of The Moxibustion Of San Cai Of Health Of Brain For The Treatment Of Mild Cognitive Impairment

Objective:The basic guiding ideology of this research is the traditional mental models of’San Cai",and combinines the features of formula and acupoint selection method of Dou Han-qing’s San Cai acupoint and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI)’s pathogenesis basis of traditional Chinese medicine and basic pathogenesis,so we chose the moxibustion of San Cai of health of brain in the GV20 、 CV8 and Ki 1 for the treatment of MCI and evaluate the clinical evaluation and security on the therapeutic effects,to provide further scientific evidence about the clinical use of the MCI for moxibustion treatment.Methods:Us ing the clinical research method of completely randomized controlled,80 patients with MCI that were adapted to the experimental study on the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to a moxibustion group and a drug group.According to the different treatment,the moxibustion group points the three acupoints such as GV20、 CV8 and Kil in Every other day at a time and a total of eight weeks of treatment.The drug group takes orally nimodipine 30mg/time and 1 time/day for 8 weeks.Using The Mini-Mental Status Examinination and meaningless graphics recognition score of Clinical Memory Scale and Clock Drawing Test for curative effect evaluation index,respectively before and after 2 months treatment,two treatment schemes evaluation for the treatment of the clinical efficacy and security of MCI.Results:1.Two groups of subjects were grouped equilibrium,and baseline is consistent,and comparability is good.2.MMSE scale evaluation results:the group of the "the moxibustion of San Cai of health of brain" of MMSE scale score after treatment compared with before treatment were significantly improved (P＜0.01), the score of the memories force,language ability in moxibustion group is significantly statistical difference after treatment than before treatment (P<0.01),the score of the attention and computing power in moxibustion group is statistical difference after treatment than before treatment (P＜0.05).But,after two months of treatment,the comparison between groups of two groups of MMSE scale score,directional force,memory,attention and computing power,memory and language skills have no statistical significance (P>0.05)3.meaningless graphics recognition of CMS score evaluation results:the group of the "the moxibustion of San Cai of health of brain" of meaningless graphics recognition of CMS score after treatment compared with before treatment with significant difference (P<0.01),But the moxibustion group and the nimodipine group of curative effect of comparative differences between groups have no statistical significance.4.CDT evaluation results:the group of the "the moxibustion of San Cai of health of brain" of the CDT score after treatment than before treatment significantly difference (P＜0.01),but the moxibustion group and the nimodipine group of curative effect of comparative differences between groups have no statistical significance.Conclusions:The moxibustion of San Cai of health of brain" can be in varying degrees to improve the comprehensive cognitive function in patients with MCI,and security is good,but it is not sure the superiority of between the moxibustion group and the nimodipine group.
