Research On The Construction And Application Of Xiaoke Eye Disease (Diabetic Retinopathy) Combination Of Chinese Traditional And Western Medicine Clinical Pathway

Objectives:1.On the basis of full evidence,through literature review and organize, pay attention to the practice of nursing in the hospital,highlight the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,constructing a standardization and individuation fusion’s Xiaoke eye disease of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical nursing pathway;2.put the Diabetes eye disease Integrative Medicine in clinical nursing pathway apply into clinical nursing, explore CNP promote visual acuity stable, reduce complications, reduce patient anxiety and improve the quality of life, the effect of improving nursing satisfaction;3.To investigate the effect of xiaoke eye of Clinical nursing path of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine to reduce the length of stay and hospital costs;4.To investigate the variation of CNP,provide the basis for the continuous quality improvement of CNP.Methods:1. Retrospective study method:With hospital information system and inpatient hospital medical record room to find patients’information between January 2014 to December 2014 Diabetes eye disease,and in order to better effect on the basis of the study,the research designed the hospitalization time,contents and items in diagnosis and treatment flow of clinical nursing pathway;Using the Delphi method, Ophthalmology and diabetes specialists conducted two consultation, determine each items of Xiaoke eye disease of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical nursing pathway.2. Quasi-experimental study method:put the hospital Ophthalmology Department meet inclusion standards of patients into experimental groups and control groups.The experimental group was given nursing according to clinical nursing pathway,the control group was given nursing according to the TCM care programs;Based on the information system of the hospital, the hospital information was collected to evaluate the actual hospital days, hospital costs, satisfaction, quality of life and variation.Results:1. This study constructs a set of standard length of hospital stay for 30 days’ Xiaoke eye disease of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical nursing pathway,including by nursing and patients version;2. There was significant difference between two groups in quality of life(t=-2.859, P=0.006<0.05).in anxiety level(t=-2.728,P=0.008<0.05).and in nursing satisfaction (t=4.209, P=0.000);3. The total hospital days of CNP group was 19.40±6.66 which was significantly shorted than the general nursing group (day,23.15±6.48), respectively (t=-2.367, P=0.021). Higher hospital costs was found in general group than in CNP group (￥12929.89±4414.68 versus ￥10486.06±2954.88) and it was statistically significant ((t=-2.694, P=0.009).Conclusions:The clinical trial demonstrates that Xiaoke eye disease of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical nursing pathway is helpful to reduce the anxiety degree of patients, improve the quality of life,enhance the patients’degree of satisfaction about nursing work, reduce the duration of hospital stays and hospital costs.
