ObjectThe subject of higher vocational nursing students through earthquake trauma pre-hospital care ability training mode research, discusses the regional teaching with regional characteristics, as well as the application of the new teaching method and interdisciplinary knowledge fusion, cultivation of higher vocational nursing students in dealing with unexpected disaster emergency ability, psychological quality and improve the higher vocational nursing students earthquake trauma pre-hospital rescue and disaster nursing ability, train new, practical nursing talents for local services, and gradually explore how to various levels of nursing students in school and in the implementation of disaster nursing education research.methodsThis topic the research object from the class of 2014 vocational nursing students in school, all students are admitted into recruitment. In the whole grade of a random sample of 120 nursing students of all involved in the research, it can be divided into two groups at random:ordinary teaching groups the 60 nurses, nursing students and special training group of 60, normal teaching groups:according to the college curriculum teaching, the teachers only according to the curriculum of college teaching, and do not have to cultivate nursing, nursing students disaster and earthquake trauma pre-hospital rescue ability of specialized course, special training groups:in addition to the complete college set course is increased the special courses, that is, the researchers designed for training higher vocational nursing students disaster trauma pre-hospital care and earthquake rescue ability of special training course. After completing teaching teachers, adopt the self-designed, nursing and earthquake trauma pre-hospital care about disasters, theory of knowledge and skills assessment project, each nursing students of two groups of examination, the assessment is completed, collect theoretical examination and operation skills related test data, use SPSS 19.0 statistical software, to carry on the processing and analysis, conclusion.ResultsThis topic to the end, two groups of nursing students were taught to them after examination, examination results show that the normal teaching nursing students and special training group nursing students, theoretical knowledge assessment result of each module, and the comparison of total score, statistics and analysis results show that the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05), through special training set to average a rank higher than ordinary teaching groups of nursing students, it can be seen that the special training group of nursing students theoretical knowledge module test scores, and the grade of nursing students scored significantly higher than the ordinary teaching team; Ordinary teaching nursing students and special training group nursing students, six individual operation skill appraisal result comparison, difference of statistical significance, through special training set to average a rank higher than that of control group, nursing students can see special training group six individual skills assessment score, significantly higher than control group in nursing students of nursing students; Ordinary nursing students of teaching nursing students and special training group, the comparison of comprehensive simulation of the operation skills examination scores, differences of statistical significance, through special training set to average a rank higher than ordinary teaching groups, it can be seen that special training group of nursing students comprehensive simulation operation skills examination scores, significantly higher than the ordinary teaching groups of nursing students of nursing students.ConclusionThrough disaster nursing was carried out on the higher vocational nursing students and special training, earthquake trauma pre-hospital care to disaster nursing, nursing students, and the earthquake trauma pre-hospital care knowledge mastering of knowledge level, improving the; Higher vocational nursing students in the face of unpredictable and sudden unexpected disaster events, can have good psychological diathesis, as well as the ability to deal with emergencies emergency; Higher vocational nursing students by earthquake trauma pre-hospital care ability training mode research, can promote teachers in the teaching, from the reality of the region, constant exploration, innovation, integration between discipline knowledge, improve the teaching quality. Promote the special disaster nursing knowledge training in school education and on-the-job education development.
