Research On Internal Control Of R Hospital’s Drug Procurement

From 2015 to 2020,is the most critical of China’s 5 years of social development,medical and health also has a relatively greater work pressure.With the continuous growth of the economy,people’s quality of life has also been improved,the demand for medical and health services has also increased,and especially for public hospitals with public property has a higher requirement.But the virus vaccine events,such as the beginning of 2016 shocked the country’s 570 million "killer vaccine" into the 24 provinces of the incident.The phenomenon of "medicine to cure" is still widespread.Therefore,the control of drug procurement is not only related to the patient’s health and life,but also help the hospital to complete its public mission,to ease the doctor-patient conflicts.More importantly,the hospital in accordance with the law to establish a sound procurement control,and in accordance with the law for the procurement of pharmaceuticals,will eventually find a way to balance social responsibility and operating efficiency.Firstly,the current situation of R public hospital drug procurement internal control system are analyzed,according to the relevant laws and regulations of internal control theory and medicine,found that the drug procurement process and drug procurement internal control system is unreasonable.Through the investigation,it is found that there are a series of problems,such as blind purchase and non-standard purchase.Then from the five elements of internal control,namely the control environment,risk assessment,control activities,information and communication,internal supervision and to analyze the causes of these problems,such as poor control environment,information communication barriers and so on.According to these reasons,combined with the requirements of internal control theory and relevant laws and regulations,as well as the good experience of other public hospitals,some suggestions for the internal control of drug purchasing in R hospital are put forward.In order from the combination of theory and practice,to provide reference for the construction of the internal control system of hospital drug procurement,improve the ability of sustainable development of the hospital,to contribute to the management of the hospital.Also hope that through this study,can provide reference for the same level or the surrounding brothers hospital drug procurement internal control,to further promote the construction of medical and health institutions within the drug control.
