[Purpose:] Observe the level of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 in heart failure,and explore the correlation between 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 concentration and BNP value and atrial fibrillation.Assess the clinical significance of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 in patients with heart failure,and provide a more comprehensive theoretical basis for the early diagnosis of heart failure.[Method:] 1)From May 2015 to May 2016,152 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital were selected as the observation group,the other 39 cases were selected as the control group.Statistical analysis of two groups of clinical data,using t test analysis of serum 25-levels of vitamin D3 levels and heart failure.2)Patients with heart failure were grouped according to different criteria: 2.1 According to the NYHY classification,divided into mild to moderate heart failure group(A group,NYHA containing Ⅰ-Ⅱ)and severe heart failure group(B group,NYHA containing Ⅲ-Ⅳ),statistical analysis of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels between two groups.2.2 According to the BNP value is divided into three groups: group A(BNP < 100 pg/ml);group B(100pg/ml < BNP < 400pg/ml);group C(400 BNPpg/ml).Statistical analysis of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 concentration difference between the three groups.2.3 According to whether or not combined with atrial fibrillation group,divided into: atrial fibrillation group(group A)and sinus rhythm group(group B),statistical analysis of serum 25-between the two groups of serum levels of D3.[Result:] 1)The serum levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 in heart failure group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2)The serum levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 in the mild to moderate heart failure group were signify-cantly lower than those in the severe heart failure group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).3)With the increase of BNP value of heart failure patients,the serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 concentration showed a downward trend,the difference between the three groups of data was statistically signi-fycant(P < 0.05).4)Serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 levels were significantly lower in patients with atrial fibrillation than in sinus rhythm group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).[Conclusion:] Patients with chronic heart failure patients with serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 levels lower than the healthy population.In patients with heart failure,with the increase in the NYHA grade and BNP value increased,serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels decreased,suggesting that the severity of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration and negative correlation with chronic heart failure.Atrial fibrillation will further reduce the serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 levels in patients with heart failure,vitamin D deficiency may be related to the presence of atrial fibrillation.
