Objective: Objective to observe the clinical curative effect of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with Mizolastine in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods: Selected patients with chronic eczema in our hospital dermatology department during January 2013 to December 2014,and randomly divided them into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group received treatment of Mizolastine combined with cognitive therapy,while the control group only received drug treatment of mizolastine.The clinical curative effect of two groups were compared and collected statistics data in different groups of patients in terms of quality of life,recurrence rate and recurrence time,then clinically evaluated on treatment effect.Results: After short-term treatment,the symptoms of both groups were reduced rapidly,and the quality of life in patients with eczema,pruritus and skin diseases were improved.After 6 months follow up visits,scores of the control group were significantly higher than the control group and there was a statistically significant difference between two groups.(P<0.05)Meanwhile,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 75%,significantly less than 93.5% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with Mizolastine in the treatment,can help chronic eczema patients to reduce symptoms in a long time,improve the life quality of patients and to help reduce recurrence rates.
