ObjectiveTo explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on the quality of life of schizophrenic patients by Cochrane systematic review,in order to obtain effective evidence of the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on the quality of life of schizophrenic patients. It provides a reference for improving the quality of life of schizophrenic patients and popularizing cognitive behavioral therapy for schizophrenia.MethodsElectronic search Tsinghua Tongfang China knowledge Network Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database(WanFang Data),VIP Chinese Sci-tech Journal Database(VIP),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Cochrane Library,PubMed,Medline,CINAHL,PsycINFO,retrieval time from the establishment of the database to March 1,2018.Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted the data, and evaluated the methodological quality of the included literature according to the Cochrane Evaluation Manual 5.1.0 quality evaluation criteria.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software, and the continuous variable was used to calculate the weighted mean difference(WMD).Or standardized mean difference(SMD),expressed in 95% confidence interval(95%CI),and descriptive analysis using studies that cannot perform meta-analysis.Results1 Basic features of the included literature15 randomized controlled trials were included, including 1242 patients,616 in the intervention group and 626 in the control group. The duration of CBT intervention was 8 weeks to 9 months,30 to 90 minutes for each intervention,12 to 48 times for the intervention, and 3 to 18 months for the follow-up.2 Meta analysis(1)on the overall impact of the quality of life, quality of life improved cognitive behavioral therapy group has no statistical significance [SMD=0.29,95%CI(-0.10,0.68),P=0.15),further subgroup analysis showed that there were no statistically significant: the short-term(0~6 months)[SMD=0.45,95%CI(0.00,0.90),P=0.05)and the long-term(> 6 months)[SMD=-0.09,95%CI(-0.38,0.20),P=0.55]).(2)the short-term(0~6 months)cognitive behavioral therapy group in GQOLI-74 scale physical function [WMD=6.03,95%CI(3.65,8.42),P< 0.00001),the psychological function [WMD=11.01,95%CI(8.44,13.58),P<0.00001),social function [WMD=8.43,95%CI(3.36,13.51),P=0.001] improve is superior to the conventional treatment group, and no statistically significant differences of material life [WMD=1.93,95%CI(-3.68,7.55),P=0.50].(3)the short-term(0~6months)cognitive behavioral therapy group in the WHOQOL-BREF scale physiological field [WMD=3.64,95%CI(0.20,7.08),P=0.04],psychological field [WMD=3.82,95%CI(1.25,6.38),P=0.004],environmental field [WMD= 3.65,95%CI(1.84,5.45),P<0.00001],The improvement in the field of social relations [WMD=1.95,95%CI(1.31,2.58),P<0.00001] was superior to the conventional treatment group.(4)the short term(0~6 months)in cognitive behavioral therapy group in SQLS psychosocial [WMD=-7.03,95%CI(-8.51,-5.55),P<0.00001],motivation/energy [WMD=-5.44,95%CI(-7.64,-3.23),P<0.00001],symptoms/side effects [WMD=-6.16,95%CI(-9.83,-2.50),P=0.0010] improved better than that of the conventional treatment group.ConclusionCompared with conventional treatment, the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia within 6 months is still unclear. There is no significant difference in improvement over 6 months, and more large-sample,high-quality randomized controls are needed.Experiments to validate the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy on the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.
