Objective:To investigate a new way of treatment and manage tuberculosis by the tool of advanced communication. To Provide the theoretical basis for the tuberculosis control and study in the future. Methods:In this study, study sample is obtained by using stratified random sampling method. It was carved up four floors(East, West, North and South) in according togeography place of hunan province and taking out one county(city) to select investigate object in each floor. Four different intervention model were distributed by random to four sample county.χ2 test is respectively used to test sample radio and composing analysis for many main parameter of four sample counties.Throughing comprehensive evaluation (RSR)of a number of key indicators to select the optimal supervision program. Binary Logistic regression respectively is used to analyse influence factors of compliance with regular treatment, curative effect and compliance with regularly reexamination for tuberculosis patients (α入=0.05,α出=0.10). All P values are the bilateral probability and test level is 0.05.Results:1.This study included 546 cases of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients, of which 537 cases of Initial treatment smear positive patients (98.4%)and 9 cases of retreatment smear positive patients (0.6%). Out of all patients,523 cases were regularly taking medicine (95.7%), and 492 cases were cured (90.1%),and 491 cases were regularly reexamined (89.9%), and 496 cases were regularly getting drug (90.8%), and 253 cases of adverse drug reaction were found (46.3%).2.Analyzing each group's treatment outcome, the result demonstrated that treatment outcome is statistical significance difference (P<0.0071) between the firth intervenes group (97.7%,0.6%,0.6%, 1.2%,0)and the control group (86.5%,3.4%,0,1.15%,9.0%), and between second intervene groups (96.8%,0,1.6%,0.8%,0.8%)and the control group.3. Analyzing four sample groups'regular taking medicine rate, curative effect, finding rate of adverse drug reaction, regular reexamination, and regular getting medicine, the results showed that regular taking medicine rate was statistically significant differences (P< 0.05)between the firth intervention group (98.8%) and the control group (88.8%), and between second intervention groups (97.6%) and the control group; the curative rate was statistically significant (P<0.05) between the firth intervention group (94.2%) and the control group (82.0%) and between the second intervention groups (91.1%) and control group Regular reexamination was statistically significant (P<0.05) between the second Intervention group and control group (94.4% 82.0%) and between the third intervention groups (91.3%) and the control group.4. According five indicators including the regular taking medicine, the curative effect, the drug side effects, the regular reexamination and the getting medicine, we assessed the patients'treatment compliance among four intervention groups with comprehensive evaluation statistical methods, and the results showed the firth intervention group is optimal according to rank sum ratio (RSR).5. The medication compliance of tuberculosis patients is affected by the supervision way (intervention model) and the age. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the intervention model (1), intervention mode (2) and the age enter the regression equation, and the OR values respectively was 11.464,5.160,and0.544; The curative effect of tuberculosis patients was affected by the regular drug-taking and regular reexamination, the OR values respectively was 0.071 and 0.091; The reexamination compliance of tuberculosis patients was affected by supervision approach (intervention model) and of regular getting medicine. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the intervention model (1), intervention mode (3), and regular getting medicine enter the regression equation, and the OR value respectively was 3.455,6.247, and 239.859.Conclusion:1.It is a feasible management way that county and village health workers supervise tuberculosis patients by telephone, because it is better than traditional supervisal means at finishing mainly parameter.2.In according to comprehensive evaluation, county and village health workers telephone supervisal effect is the best in the four different intervention models.3. Compliance with regular treatment of tuberculosis patients is mainly affected by the supervisal ineans(intervention model.)and the age.4.Curative effect of tuberculosis patients is mainly affected by the regular treatment and the reexamination. 5. Compliance with reexamination of tuberculosis patients is mainly affected by the supervisal means(intervention model.)and the getting drug factor.
