Objective: To investigate the relationship between endometriosis and immune infertility by measuring the expression of endocrine and immune factors and cytokines in patients with endometriosis and infertility. Methods: the author’s hospital 01, 2013-01, 2015 treated 114 cases with endometriosis or infertility. According to the disease types are divided into pure endometriosis group(group A, 38 cases), simple infertility group(group B, 38 cases), with endometriosis and infertility(group C, 38 cases), at the same time to age 38 cases of healthy women as control group(group D). Patients was evaluated by Chemiluminescence immune method in the serum Testosterone(T), Estradiol(E2), prolactin(PRL), Follicle Spine Hormone(FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone(LH) level and Insulin(INS). Using EnzymeLinked Immunosorbent(ELISA) method to detect the specific kit with each observation indexes of patients with Antisperm Antibody(ASAb), Endometrial Antibody(EMAb), Ovarian Antibody(AOAb) resistance, resistance to fluff Gnadotropin Antibodies(HCGAb) and anti Cardiolipin Antibody(ACAb), Cytokine IL- 1, 3, IL- 6, IL- TNF- a, IFN. Compare the above indicators for different groups of patients, analysis the correlation between endometriosis and immune infertility.Results:⑴Group C T, E2, PRL and INS levels in patients were significantly higher than that of group A and group B patients, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), FSH and LH level three groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05);PRL level was significantly lower than control group, and group B patients of group A, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), no statistically significant difference were observed in the other indexes(P > 0.05);⑵Group C antibody positive rate is significantly higher than other three groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the rate of positive of antibody of differences between group A and group B has no statistical significance(P > 0.05). But were higher than control group(P < 0.05).⑶Group C cytokine concentrations drop degree to be significantly higher than the other three groups, the difference statistically difference(P < 0.05), between group A and group B cell factor drops degree difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05), but were higher than healthy control group,(P < 0.05).⑷Various humoral immune indexes of group C in the Ig G, Ig A, Ig M, C3 and C4 were significantly lower than the other three groups, and statistical differences(P < 0.05). Compared with group B and healthy controls, A group of each index of humoral immunity Ig G, Ig A, Ig M, C3 and C4 obviously on the low side, and there are statistical differences(P < 0.05). B group and healthy control group, there is no statistical differences(P > 0.05).⑸Group C in the peripheral blood of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 + were significantly lower than the other three groups, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Group A in the peripheral blood of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 + were significantly lower than that of group B and healthy controls, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). B group and healthy control group there is no statistical differences(P > 0.05).Conclusion:⑴ Endometriosis, merger of infertility patients with sex hormone except FSH and LH there exists a significant difference to the other three groups, P < 0.05). Hormone disorder could be the main cause of infertility endometriosis patients.⑵Endometriosis, merge the immune antibodies in infertile patients with other three groups there were significant differences, P < 0.05). Antibodies can make lead to the rise of the main causes of infertility endometriosis patients.⑶Infertile immunity in patients with endometriosis merger related cytokines drops there were significant differences to the other three groups, P < 0.05). Immune related cytokine changes may result in patients with endometriosis is the main cause of infertility.⑷Endometriosis associated with autoimmune causes of infertility, endometriosis is one of the inducing factors of immunity infertility.
