The Study Of The Etiology And Treatment Of Male Immune Infertility

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of the Needlie-Picking therapy for male immuneinfertility.Me`thods: From Feburaty2010to March2010,180male patients suffering from immuneinfer`tility in the study. In the Needle-Picking Department of the First Affiliated Hospitalof Ji-Nan University, patients were divided into Three groups in random.In group A, Patients were treated by combination of oral Clarithromycin0.25g twice aday for three weeks, Prednisone5mg once a day for three months, with EliminatingAntibody Granules1bag once a day for three months.In group B, Patients were treated by the Needle-Picking therapy only for3months.In groupC, Patients were treated by the Drug therapy plus Needle-Picking therapy for3months.Using SPSS13.0，the efficiency of three groups are compared.Results:1．The efficiency of Drug treatment is38%, the efficiency of Needle-Picking treatment is60%, the efficiency of Needle-Picking and Drug treatment is87%, Using SPSS13.0，theanalysis of the efficiency among the three methods of treatment, between both of themand at the same group before and after treatment were statistically significant difference(P <0.05).2．There is a significant difference between Drug plus Needle-Picking group and theother tow groups (P <0.05). Conclusion:1. Male immune infertility has complicated etiology,Single treatment method is not well.2. The method of Drug plus Needle-Picking therapy on Male immune infertility is good.
