Objective:This research on the basis of preliminary studies with clinical observation on immune infertility with Bu Shen Xiao Kang Tang, and the mechanism with further research of Bu Shen Xiao Kang Tang from the immune and reproductive endocrine,by detecting the antiovary antibody (AoAb) and Sex hormone levels for clinical application.Methods:48 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into immune infertility syndrome group and the control group of Chinese medicine in 24 cases, Chinese medicine group were treated with Bu Shen Xiao Kang Tang, the control group was given prednisone.1 month to 1 course of treatment, were observed for 3 courses, each course of treatment were measured after the antiovary antibody. (AoAb) and reproductive hormone levels were observed antiovary antibody (AoAb) negative situations and changes in hormone levels. Results:After treatment, traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group compared the efficacy index was informed that 19 cases were cured, effectived in 3 cases, invalid 2 cases. Total effective rate was 91.67%,and pregnancy rate was 33.33%. In the control group 6 cases were cured, effective in 9 cases, invalid 9 cases.Total effective rate was 62.50%, and pregnancy rate was 12.50%.Compared the two groups, p<0.05, significant difference with them.It has statistically significant. Conclusion:Bu Shen Xiao Kang Tang can be applied to the anti-neuro-endocrine-immune system, regulating the immune status of patients, inhibiting and eliminating the generation of anti-ovarian antibodies (AoAb), and it can improve the E2,P,LH levels and ovarian function, there by promoting pregnancy.
