Objective:Those have two or more cerebral small vessel disease imaging performance patients(1acunar infarction LI, white matter hyperintensities WMH, perivascular space PVS, cerebral microbleeds CMBS) as the research object, through detecting blood homocysteine levels in the blood, to research the relationship between bloodhomocysteine levels and cerebral small vessel disease. Methods:The 198 cases of patients with a cerebral small vessel disease imaging performance(confirmed by head MRI) were selected.which were accepted treatments in First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2014 to December 2015,Rating or classification of their imaging performance severity, According to the number of LI divided into four groups: 0(0), level 1(1 to 3), level 2(4 to 10), level 3(> 10),Study the relationship between age, triglycerides, total cholesterol, glomerular filtration rate, high-density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein and the ratings of LI. And then rating for the WMH, PVS,CMBS, the correlation between homocysteine and LI, WMH, PVS, CMBS was analyzed. This study applies SPSS 20 software for statistical analysis, measurement data if they meet the normal distribution and homogeneity of variance, analysis of variance, using mean+ /-standard deviationmeasurement data were not normally distributed, using non-parametric tests, data are expressed as median(interquartile range represented). Count data using X2 test or Fisher exact test. Results : HCY was significantly correlated with age(R = 0.261 p = 0.001), was significantly negatively correlated with the glomerular filtration rate(R =-0.541 P =0.000), HCY and TC, TG, HDLC, LDLC, hypertension, diabetes has no correlation(P> 0.05). And significantly correlated With smoking, drinking,(P <0.05). The difference of glomerular filtration rate between lacunar level groups, was significant, P <0.05, and lipid metabolism is not relevant. HCY and the severity of LI, the severity of periventricular WMH, deep WMH were significantly different.HCY having a correlation with perivascular space of left basal ganglia, and is not relevant with various parts of the microbleeding number, and the sum of microbleeds.Conclusion:1.HCY is a risk factor for cardiovascular andcerebrovascular disease and was significantly related with LI, WMH, HCY is risk factors for LI, WMH。2.The risk factors of Lacunar infarction including HCY, male, glomerular filtration rate, high blood pressure, etc,and GFR is an independent risk factor for LI.3.The risk factors of White matterhyperintensitiesincluding age, hypertension, HCY, men, etc.Sex、age is independent risk factor for WMH.
