Compile And Test Reliability And Validity Of Nursing Level Assessment Scale For The Patients With Respiratory Diseases

Objectives:This study aims to establish "the nursing level assessment scale for patients with respiratory diseases ".It is the division of the respiratory system disease patients nursing grading objective basis, to better guide clinical work, demand for nursing staff more joint patients of nursing service. Methods:1.In this study, on the basis of literature review, expert interview, combining with the status quo at home and abroad were analyzed, and proposed the respiratory system disease severity evaluation index of project.This study using the Delphi method to 25 experts in 2 rounds of consultation, on the basis of consulting the results finally established the respiratory system disease severity evaluation system.2.On this basis, establish "the respiratory system disease severity rating scale" and combined with the "the barthel index rating scale" which has been debugged, finally got "the nursing level assessment scale for patients with respiratory diseases ".3.This study adopts the method of convenient sampling, selecting respiratory medicine respiratory patients in a certain level of first-class hospital of Shijiazhuang as the research object.Then application "the nursing level assessment scale for patients with respiratory diseases " evaluation of the patients, and do the test reliability and validity of the scale.4.Statistical analysis: use Excel2007 for data entry;use SPSS16.0 software for data statistics processing. Results:1.This study after two rounds of expert consultation, the importance of the ten projects index assignment mean differences between 4.00 ~ 4.92, the mean is greater than 4.0, expert consulting project target recognition rate is between 88% ~ 88%;Scope of variation coefficient of two rounds of expert consultation were 11.28 ~ 47.82% and 5.63 ~ 47.82%, and the expert opinion coordination coefficient were 0.258 and 0.258, the test of two rounds of consulting experts to coordinate coefficient of P values are less than 0.05, shows that under the confidence level of 95%, expert assessment coordinated, desirable results.Index selection is reasonable, thus established the respiratory system disease severity evaluation index system of project, including 10 indicators of the project: temperature, pulse or heart rate, breathing, systolic blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, conscious state, age, disease properties, basic diseases, with oxygen status.2.This study the selection of experts is reasonable, the consultation results with high reliability.The team through the analysis of basic information advisory group of experts, quantitative analysis as well as to the degree of authority advisory group of experts(overall authoritative expert coefficient value of 0.908), the results showed that the panel has good representativeness, hierarchy and authority;Two rounds of consulting questionnaire recovery rate is 100%, this study shows that experts have high enthusiasm.3.Reliability and validity :(1)Content validity: the scale of 20 entries I- CVI isgreater than 0.78, S-CVI/Ave is 0.99, is greater than 0.90, prompt the entries good content validity;(2)Criterion validity: Spearman correlation test, correlation coefficient r=0.912, P<0.001, indicating that closely related degree is high, the validity in the acceptable range at the same time;(3)Inter-rater reliability: Kendall 's W is 0.817, because the number was evaluating patients more than 7, significance test for Value reached significance level, so W value reached significant level, suggests that the consistency of the three groups of raters high. Conclusion:"the nursing level assessment scale for patients with respiratory diseases " has a good validity of the letter, has the high use value, as a division of the respiratory system disease patients nursing level objective basis, provide a reference to improve the system of grading nursing, the standard grading nursing system put forward the reference solution.
