Clinical Obersevation On Immediate Effect And Short-term Effect Of Abdominal Pain (Cold Abdominal Pain Type) In Childhood By Massage And Cupping Therapy

Objective: The study compares the immediate effect and short-term effect of children with abdominal pain(cold abdominalgia type) between the treatment with massage and cupping and the patch of BaoBaoYiTieLing, for optimizing clinical curative effect, providing an objective basis, massage for the treatment of this disease to provide a safe, effective, simple treatment options.Methods: This topic through the observation at 68 cases of patients,who conform to the diagnosis of the inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to a random number table, these patients were divided into two groups, treatment group(34 cases), control group(34 cases), then treated for 2 weeks. Treatment group with conventional massage combined with cupping therapy, the control group treated by BaoBaoYiTieLing Patch methods were recorded with symptoms, signs, rating scores before and after the treatment, then statistical analysis to observe the curative effect between the two groups.Results: the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of children with abdominal pain(cold accumulation type pain) have made good effect. The treatment group more significant rate of 80% and the total effective rate is 96.67%; control group markedly effective rate was 53.33%, total effective rate is 90%. The two groups in clinical symptoms and signs of improvement has significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: By observing the immediate and short-term effects, the massage and cupping therapy is better than BaoBaoYiTieLing Patch treatment, while avoiding the adverse reactions and other side effects. The clinical treatment is worthy to be popularized.
