Clinical Study Of Moxibustion Application Based On "Warming The Middle And Dispelling Cold" Method In The Auxiliary Treatment Of Infantile Functional Abdominal Pain With Mesenteric Lymphadenopathy (Spleen Deficiency And Cold Coagulation Type)

Research purpose: To observe the clinical manifestations of functional abdominal pain in children with mesenteric lymphadenopathy(spleen deficiency and cold coagulation type),and to explore the use of moxibustion to treat children with functional abdominal pain with mesenteric lymphadenopathy based on the theory of "warming the middle and dispelling cold"(The clinical efficacy of spleen deficiency and cold coagulation type)provides theoretical and data support for clinical promotion of external therapy.Research method: 60 children with functional abdominal pain in children with western medicine who met the inclusion criteria and met the inclusion criteria from October 2020 to March 2021 in our hospital were divided into 3 groups according to random numbers,with 20 persons in each group.60 cases of children with functional abdominal pain and mesenteric lymphadenopathy(spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type)meeting the inclusion criteria were given Weichang’an oral + moxibustion application,clostridium butyricum enterococcus triple viable tablet oral +moxibustion application,moxa 3 groups of moxibustion application The total score of symptoms before and after treatment,the degree of abdominal pain,the disappearance time of abdominal pain,and the frequency of abdominal pain recurrence were observed in the three groups of children,and their clinical efficacy was evaluated.Statistical software SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis.Research results: 1.According to the statistical results,there was no statistical difference in the gender,age,height,weight,degree of abdominal pain before treatment,scores of primary and secondary symptoms,frequency of abdominal pain and disappearance time after the onset of abdominal pain in the three groups before treatment.Significance(p>0.05),the baseline is consistent,and comparable;2.The difference in the total scores of the three groups of children with FAP before and after treatment is statistically significant(p<0.05),and there is no statistical significance between the groups(p>0.05)),indicating that the three treatment methods can all improve the abdominal pain in children,and the three groups are equivalent;3.After treatment,the three groups of FAP children have no statistical significance in the comparison of the curative effect(p>0.05),and the three groups are treated No significant difference,all effective;4.After treatment,the three groups of children had no statistical difference in the degree of abdominal pain,the disappearance time of abdominal pain,the frequency of recurrence of abdominal pain,and the treatment course of the children(p>0.05),indicating that the three groups have the same Effectiveness.Research conclusion: The moxibustion application method can effectively assist the treatment of functional abdominal pain in children with mesenteric lymphadenopathy(spleen deficiency and cold coagulation type),with an effective rate of 100%,can reduce the degree of abdominal pain in children,reduce the frequency of children’s abdominal pain,and the treatment cost is more Low,higher acceptance of treatment in children.It shows that moxibustion application based on "warming the middle and dispelling cold" method is effective in the auxiliary treatment of functional abdominal pain with mesenteric lymphadenopathy(spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type)in children.
