| Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of eliminating dampness and heat method combined with interventional recanalization on the treatment of the tubal inflammatory infertility,which based on the TCM basic theory,combined with modern medicine.At the same time,observe the intrauterine pregnancy rate,the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs to prove the the method’s science,effectiveness,safety,which will provide further proof for the follow-up research,scientific basis for clinical application.Methods: The patients selected in this study come from the gynecology clinic department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of TCM.The 60 infertility patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in treatment group were given qing re li shi tong guan tang,unified by the preparation center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of TCM have made into a 200 ml bag,a pair of medicine decoction to two bag,twice a day,taking in the morning and evening,for 15 days.Take the decoction after interventional recanalization and stop in menstrual period.30 cases in control group were given women can Jing capsule,oral,3 times a day,3 capsules each time,for 15 days.Take medication after interventional recanalization,no the menstrual period.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,the control group was73.3%,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group on the improvement of TCM symptoms and clinical signs(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group,the intrauterine pregnancy rate of the former was 63.3%,the latter was 20%(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion: Qing re li shi tong guan tang combined with interventional recanalizationcan effectively improve the damp-heat type of sapingitic aciesis patients with pregnancy rate,reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy,and effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of damp-heat type patients with infertility. |
