Tong Ren Tang Seed Treatment Qi Stagnation Type Tubal Infertility Clinical Observation

Objective To observe Tong Ren Tang seed and Tong Ren Tang seed with integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment of qi stagnation type tubal infertility,analysis the factors that influence the efficiency observed, to compare the efficiency between the two methods. Methods Follow-up from February 2007 to February 2009 at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment and ward patients with tubal obstruction infertility, evidence is Qi stagnation type, outpatient oral communication of any seed soup, ward patients with Chinese sausage, uterine tubal injection technique, the Magic Lamp of drug therapy and iontophoresis of intermediate frequency.follow-up one year after treatment,observing its efficiency and related factors affect the efficiency analysis. Results 40 outpatients of pregnancy rate was 42.50% outpatients,33 ward patients with pregnancy rate was 54.55% ward patients. Mycoplasma and Chlamydia infection in patients with tubal obstruction infertility, pregnancy rate was 55.56% after the treatment. Degree of efficiency and tubal obstruction, course, age is closely related to. Conclusion Tong Ren Tang seed treatment of this disease is effective, combination therapy was more effective than simple oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine; tubal obstruction infertility patients should be routine investigation of Mycoplasma and Chlamydia, and timely treatment.
