| Objective: To observe the relationship between hypertensive patients with different TCM syndromes and cardiovascular disease risk factors, provide objective index for TCM syndrome, and to provide practical basis for the treatment of hypertension.Material and method: We select 158 cases of inpatients in the Shandong Provincal Hospital of hypertension from February 2015 to December 2015. According to Guide,the patients were divided into 4 types,meanwhile collecting the clinical data,such as smoking history, family history, classification, risk stratification, and so on. Using IBM SPSS 22.0 Stastistics data editor software to process data, studying on the correlation between TCM syndrome and risk factors.Results:(1) The proportion of phlegm dampness group of high-risk patients is the highest(56.6%)among the four kinds of TCM syndrome types, with statistical significance.(2) the mean diastolic pressure ranking: the phlegm dampness group > deficiency of both yin and Yang Group> Hyperactivity of liver fire group >hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency group, was statistically significant.(3) The ranking of mean BMI in the four groups is following: hyperactivity of liver fire group>the phlegm dampness group > hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency group> deficiency of both yin and Yang Group, was statistically significant.(4) The ranking of the mean TC in the four groups is: hyperactivity of liver fire group >hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency group =the phlegm dampness group> deficiency of both yin and Yang Group, was statistically significant. The ranking of the mean HDL-C in the four groups is: hyperactivity of liver fire hyperactivity > yperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency group> the phlegm dampness group > deficiency of both yin and Yang Group, was statistically significant.(5) The ranking of target organ damage is: deficiency of both yin and Yang > phlegm dampness >hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency group >hyperactivity of liver fire group was statistically significant.(6)The proportion of combined with clinical symptoms in four groups is ranking as follows: phlegm dampness > hyperactivity of liver fire > deficiency of both yin and Yang Group> hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency group, was statistically significant.(7) The logistic regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors of hyperactivity of liver fire group is Hcy and gender, Hcy>gender.The independent risk factors of hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency group is Hcy and BMI : Hcy > BMI.The independent risk factors of deficiency of both yin and Yang Group is age and LDL-C,LDL-C > age.The independent risk factors ofthe phlegm dampness group is LDL-C and BMI, LDL-C > BMI.Conclusion: The independent risk factors of hyperactivity of liver fire group is Hcy and gende.The independent risk factors of hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency group is Hcy and BMI.The independent risk factors of deficiency of both yin and Yang Group is age and LDL-C.The independent risk factors ofthe phlegm dampness group is LDL-C and BMI.Comprehensive analysis, there is a significant correlation between risk factors and TCM Types of hypertension. |
