The Research Of Detection And Significance About Chronic Prostatitis And Asthenospermia Seminal Plasma IL-8, TNF-α

Objectives: Discuss the mechanism for Chronic Prostatitis on sperm motility influence lead to asthenospermia and seek for the available indicators and test methods.Methods:Collecting 160 semen samples in July 2014- February 2015 of our hospital,Screening prostatitis and routine analysis and recording the datas. Which can be divided into chronic prostatitis and sperm motility abnomal group(A,n = 40), chronic prostatitis and sperm motility nomal group( B,n = 40), chronic prostatitis with abnormal sperm group(C,n =40) and healthy controls( D,n = 40). Quantitative detection of IL-8 and TNF-a in each group by the method of elisa, Comparing The results in group of two,each of the two pair.Results: The seminal plasma IL – 8 and TNF- Ahave the highest levels in the Chronic prostatitis sick sperm group(group A).chronic prostatitis sperm normal group has the second level(group B).In group A IL-8、TNF-a have the highest levels and Compared the content statistics of IL- 8 with the other three groups,The P value were 0.014、0.025 、0.019,TNF-a content comparison of statistics P value were 0.022、0.018、0.032,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The content of IL- 8 P value in Group C compared with group D is 0.746, TNF – a is 0.057, there is no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),;Semen compared the physical and chemical properties in group A and B, were 0.076, 0.052, 0.078, 0.057, were greater than 0.05; The comparison between the two group prostatitis, sperm density and semen liquefaction time, sperm quantity, PH value, no statistical significance; Group A compared with group C semen live sperm rate, liquefaction time and PH of P value was 0.033, 0.021 and 0.033, respectively, are less than 0.05, with statistical significance; we can seen from the graph between the four groups of IL – 8,the levels of TNF- a falling.Conclusion: 1、The IL-8 and TNF-α levels obvious increased in Chronic prostatitis and asthenospermia seminal plasma.2.Detecting the IL-8 and TNF-αlevels could be a method to identify chronic prostatitis which can cause chronic prostatitis sperm and weak sperm quality.
