Clinical Study Of Tieshi Flying Needle In Treatment With Acute Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia

Objective: We studied the clinical effect of Tieshi flying needle in treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia,in the aspect of neurological function,motor function,activities and activity daily living.Provide a therapy for cerebral infarction hemiplegia treatment.Methods: 180 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into routine group,flying needle group and XNKQ groups.Routine group were treated with anti-platelet aggregation,lipid-lowering,blood circulation category of traditional Chinese medicine,neurotrophic drugs,and symptomatic treatment,massive cerebral infarction or increased intracranial pressure were applied mannitol to reduce intracranial pressure.flying group treated with routine acupuncture and flying needle,XNKQ group treated with routine acupuncture and XNKQ needle.All patients were treated for 2 weeks,and after 2 weeks of treatment evaluate NIHSS,Fugl-Meyer and ADL-Bathel score before and after treatment.Results:1?before treatment,three groups of patients with NIHSS score comparable level(P>0.05),comparable;After treatment,the three groups of patients with NIHSS scores were lower(P<0.05),Flying group,XNKQ group NIHSS scores were lower than conventional group(P<0.05),and group flying XNKQ group NIHSS score was no significant difference(P>0.05).2 ? before treatment,three groups of patients Simple Fugl-Meyer score comparable level(P>0.05),comparable;After treatment,the three groups of patients Simple Fugl-Meyer scores were higher(P<0.05),Flying group,XNKQ group Fugl-Meyer scores were higher than the normal group(P<0.05),and group flying XNKQ group Fugl-Meyer score was no significant difference(P>0.05).The total efficiency of the three groups chi-square test,flying group,the total efficiency is higher than the conventional group(P<0.05);XNKQ group,the total efficiency is higher than the conventional group(P<0.05);and flying group,the total efficiency ofthe group fairly XNKQ(P>0.05).3 ? pre-treatment,the three groups of patients ADL score comparable level(P>0.05),comparable;After treatment,the three groups of patients ADL scores were higher(P<0.05),Flying group,XNKQ group ADL scores were higher than the normal group(P<0.05),and group flying XNKQ group ADL score was no significant difference(P>0.05).4?in the whole course of treatment,a total of 10 patients were off,wherein the conventional group 3,group 4 people flying,XNKQ group 3.Before and after treatment,will be routine urine,liver and kidney function tests comparison,conventional and acupuncture therapy is safe and effective.Case three groups of patients with adverse events was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The Tieshi flying needle was efficacy in the treatment with acute cerebral infarction hemiplegia.By contrast with XNKQ acupuncture and routine acupuncture,we found that Tieshi "flying" did well in improving hemiplegia neurological function,motor function and activity daily living.Besides,it is safety and effective,which is worth of improving.
