| Objective:Observing the comparison of therapeutic effects between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment,to explore the effect of acupoint injection on the neurological deficit,motor function,and daily living ability of the patients with acute cerebral infarction hemiplegia,and to provide reference for the treatment of hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,which accord with the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,such as Huoxue Huayu traditional Chinese medicine,neurotrophic drugs,symptomatic treatment,etc,and the application of mannitol dehydration to craniofacial pressure in patients with large area cerebral infarction or increased intracranial pressure.The experimental group was given routine treatment with vitamin B1,vitamin B12,Zusanli acupoint injection daily alternating binao.All patients were treated for 2 weeks.After 2 weeks,the curative effect was evaluated by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,the simplified Fugl-Meyer exercise function evaluation(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)score and the daily life ability(ADL)score.Results:A total of 120 patients were enrolled in this study.In the course of the treatment,20 cases were dropped,52 cases in the experimental group and 48 cases in the control group.The two groups of data were compared in age,sex,course of disease,and so on.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Before treatment,the two groups of NIHSS scores,Fugl-Meyer scores and ADL scores were quite,and the difference was not statistically significant,and the difference was comparable.After treatment,the NIHSS score,Fugl-Meyer score and ADL score in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and P<0.05 showed significant difference.Conclusion:The control group and the experimental group had significant curative effects in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction hemiplegia before treatment,but by comparing the study,we found that the improvement of neurological function,motor function and ability of daily lifevof the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Acupoint injection is safe and effective,with short course,low pain,good compliance and no obvious adverse reactions.It is also proved that combined medical treatment is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
