| Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xiao Xianxiong Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction for treating hypertension (Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome) PTS and to explore its effect for the Various index (PT、APTT、FIB) of Coagulation function. Methods:Collected 60 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria and divided into treatment group and control group randomly,30 cases per group. Control group was only given basic treatment (Nifedipine Delayde-release Tablets 10mg Bidpo; Aspirin 100mg Qnpo). The treatment group was given Xiao Xianxiong Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction on the basis of treatment. After 2 weeks, observed and compared the changes of the patients’blood pressure, TCM symptom score and Coagulation function before and after treatment. Statistics and analysis of data was made by SPSS 20.0 software.Results:1. SBP and DBP of both groups were significantly decreased after two weeks, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The effective rate of the treatment group was 87%, the effective rate of control group was 77%; SBP decreased more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group after two weeks, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. The TCM symptoms of both groups were all improved after two weeks; Total effective rate was 63%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the treatment group improved more significantly (P<0.01).3. After two weeks of treatment, the PT、APTT of patients’coagulation function index were extended than before treatment (P<0.05), FIB was decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the coagulation function of treatment group was improved (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Xiao Xianxiong Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction improves the TCM symptoms of patients with hypertension (Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome), and lowers blood pressure.2. Xiao Xianxiong Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction improves the coagulation function of hypertension (Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)... |
