Clinical Observation Of Shen Xiong Yi Xin Prescriptions In Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure (Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shen Xiong Yixin Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure(Qi deficiency and blood stasis),and the effect on the quality of life in Minnesota,and discuss the mechanism of Shen Xiong Yixin Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)and obtain the therapeutic effect of this medicine.The objective basis is to provide more clinical and theoretical basis for TCM treatment of chronic heart failure(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods:60 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type chronic heart failure were selected in the four ward of cardiovascular disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine.The patients were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)in the control group,and the patients were divided into the control group(30 cases).The treatment lasted for 2 weeks on the basis of adding Shen Xiong Yi Xin Tang.After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score,the score of heart failure,the classification of heart function,the level of BNP,the index of heart color Doppler(LEVF)and the quality of life in Minnesota were analyzed and summarized,and the total effective rate of the two groups was compared.Results:after 2 weeks of treatment and observation,the treatment group and the control group were improved in the TCM syndrome score,the score of heart failure(Lee's heart failure score),the classification of heart function(NYHA),the heart color Doppler(LEVF),the BNP level and the quality of life in Minnesota,and the two groups were compared,and the effect of the treatment group was more effective.Good(P<0.05),until the end of the course of treatment,no heart,liver,kidney and other important organs of any toxic and side effects.Conclusion:1.Shen Yixin Decoction can reduce the score of TCM syndrome,the score of heart failure and the quality of life in Minnesota,improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with heart failure and improve the quality of life of the patients.2.Shen Xiong Yi Xin Decoction can reduce the level of BNP in patients with heart failure,improve LVEF and improve cardiac function.3.Shen Xiong Yi Xin Decoction is safe and effective in treating heart failure,and no obvious toxic side effects.
