Clinical Study On Therapy Of FD Of Qi-stagnation And Damp Obstruction Type By Modified Yuejuwan Combined With Auricular Point

Purpose: The clinical curative effect of this topic according to functional dyspepsia of qi-stagnation and damp obstruction Type, by observing the comparison by modified ear acupoint sticking and Mosapride, to explore the function of digestion adverse, to provide clinical experience for exploring functional dyspepsia TCM Comprehensive therapy.Methods: 60 patients included in the standard were randomly divided into test group and control group, 30 cases each. The test group was given modified YueJuWan Fang decoction 150 ml twice a day, half an hour before the meal, and massage the ear acupoint 4-6 times a day, 2min each time and change to the other ear 5 days after. The control group was given mosapride 5mg p.o. half an hour before meals. Treatment for a month, after a period of treatment to observe the clinical curative effect.Results: The test group total effective rate of 93.33%, the control group total 83.33%,the effective rate in the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05). In the experimental group, the clinical effect is obviously superior to the control group. Symptom score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01), most symptoms of the test group improved better than that of control group.Conclusion: Therapy of Functional Dyspepsia of Qi-stagnation and damp obstruction Type by Modified Yuejuwan combined with Auricular point, clinical symptoms improved significantly, the general curative effect is distinct, and is superior to the control group.
