Study On The Influence Factors Of Anxiety In Patients With Insomnia And The Correlation With TCM Syndrome Types

Objective:From two aspects of mental and living factors to study the influence factors of insomnia in patients with anxiety,and to explore the anxiety in patients with related syndrome of TCM.And discuss the correlation between TCM syndrome type and anxiety state.Methods:By cross-sectional survey method,continuously collect standard 300 paitients with insomnia in June 2015-December 2015 in shangdong province hospital of TCM outpatient and ward.Give Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI), Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and TCM syndrome observation table evaluation,and use SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.The incidence of anxiety in patients with insomnia was 54%.Compared with the non anxious patients,the difference in the age,educational level,marital status and personality characteristics of insomnia patients with anxiety were statistically significant(p<0.05).With anxiety of insomnia patients older age,higher education,personality and more irritable. There was no significant difference in gender,occupation,course of disease,and chronic disease history between the two groups(p>0.05).The two groups of patients in the total score of sleep and sleep quality,sleep difficulties,sleep time,hypnotic drugs,the differences between the 4 sleep factors were statistically significant(p<0.05).2.In terms of life factors,exercise and stress events are related to the occurrence of insomnia anxiety,which is negative correlatiion,the correlation coefficient is-0.405,the stress events are positive correlation,the correlation coefficient is 1.088.In the aspect of mental and psychological factors,impatient temper,bear too much,easy tension are positively correlated with the occurrence of insomnia(p<0.05).3.According to the five common factors obtained from the factor analysis,with state anxiety insomnia concludes five TCM syndrmes,respectively for the syndrom of stagnation of liver fire,phlegm heat syndrome,Yin Huo effulgent,deficiency of heart and splee,timid timid card.The degree of anxiety and TCM syndromes related,the correlation coefficient was 0.334,which will be the highest proportion of stagnation of liver,up to 32.51%.Conclusion: The occurrence of anxiety in patients with insomnia is related to the level of education,age,personality,mental and psychological factors and life factors.State anxiety insomnia patients with TCM syndrome type with divided into five categories:liver depression of the fire certificate,certificate of internal disturbance of phlegm heat and Yin Huo effulgent,deficiency of heart and splee,timid timid card.Insomnia syndrome type is related to anxiety,but the correlation is not strong.Liver depression transforming into fire has the highest proportion.
