| Purpose: By observing the clinical curative effect of regulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis.,we are going to objectively evaluate the effectiveness 、 safety and practicality of TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,provide new ideas for treating chronic atrophic gastritis effectively,stop the disease developing into gastric cancer and reduce the incidence of gastric cancer in the future.In this way,we also can accumulate preliminary data for developing a new Chinese Medicine that treat chronic atrophic gastritis effectively.It will reflect that Chinese Medicine has advantages on treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Method: Choosing 72 cases in strict,according to the standards of Chinese and western medicine diagnoses which are from the outpatient department and the inpatient department of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of the Traditional Chinese Medicine.The cases selected randomly are divided into treatment group and controlling group.Each group has 36 cases.Controlling group: weisu granules.Treatment group : the Chinese Medicine that regulates qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach.Then conducting clinical studies about this their treatments of chronic atrophic gastritis.The course of these two treatments lasts 4 weeks.Through the observation of 3 months,the observation results that two groups of associated symptoms,sign and associated physical and chemical examination,special inspection items are recorded.Then sum up and access them to data.The treatment of regulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach can evaluate objectively according to the results produced by the method of statistical analysisResult: The TCM symptoms curative effect of treatment group seems obviously better than that(P < 0.05)in the controlling group.This phenomenon illustrates that the treatment group has remarkable curative effect in improving TCM syndrome point.The two group have obvious differences in the aspect of the improvement of TCM syndrome point.(p<0.05).It explains that treatment group has remarkable curative effect in the improvement of various symptoms;As for the pathology of gastroscope,there are lots of differences between two groups in the aspect of gastric atrophy,p < 0.05.It illustrates that the treatment group hasremarkable curative effect in treating gastric atrophy.There is no difference between two groups in the aspect of intestinal metaplasia and gastric mucosal dysplasia before and after.On the aspect of gastroscope and Hp infection,two groups showed no significant statistical difference in surface area before treatment,and hence both groups can be compared.After treatment,there are differences between the two groups which illustrates that treatment group has significant curative effect in the improvement of gastric mucosal erosion and stopping Hp becoming negative.Conclusion: In the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,modern medicine has achieved certain results in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis through the continuous exploration,but there is still lack of special peutic drugs and therapeutic method.In recent years,the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in traditional Chinese medicine has made good effects.Together with the tutor-Qiuying Jia’s years of clinical experience,and think of regulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach tend to have achieved good effects.,tutor drafted the prescription of < liqiheweizhitongtang >by himself.This subject aims to prove and access to the conclusion through clinical observation with rigorous attitude and scientific method that treating chronic atrophic gastritis by regulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach can have remarkable curative effect and it is correct and effective. |
