The Clinical Research Of The Treatment Of Chronic Erosive Gastritis By The Method Of Regulating Qi,Harmonizing Stomach And Supressing Acid

Objective:This topic for chronic erosive gastriis,is aim to verify the effectiveness of TCM treatment by comparing the application of traditonal Chinese medicine decoction combined with PPI(omeprazole) with only treating by western medicine in clinical efficacy,endoscope and pathological changes,through the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment,combined with local disease patient characteristics and Kunshan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CEG clinical experience.Methods:Eighty patients of chronic erosive gastritis conformed to the inclusive criteria were elevted,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated orally with omeprazole and rebamipide, while the treatment group was treated with the decoction of Chinese medicine and omeprazole.We evaluate the therapeutic effect after 6 weeks’treatment cycle for both groups,and compare the difference between the two groups in the comprehensive therapeutic effect, efficacy with TCM,endoscope and pathological,before and after therapy.Results:Clinical research showed that the total effective rate in comprehensive therapeutic effect was 97.22% in treatment group, which was superior to that in control group (87.5%). The difference had statistical significance (p<0.05).In terms of improvement of TCM symptoms and efficacy,there had a difference in the improvement of the symptoms of stomachache,bloating,belching and acid regurgitation.To compare with the total TCM between tow groups, the difference had significant statistical significance after therapy(p<0.01).In the treatment group, the total efficiency of 94.44% was better than that of the control group which is 87.5%(P<0.05) in the efficacy of endoscopic gastric mucosal changes. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.22%,beteer than that of the control group which is 87.5% in the therapeutic effect of Gastric Mucosal pathological changes.Conclusion:The decoction of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis,which can inhibit gastric acid secretion. In the improvement of clinical symptoms, endoscopic and pathological changes also have great effect.
