The Clinical Efficacy And Emotional Regulation Of Self-Made An Shen Fu Bi Decoction In Treating Psoriasis Vulgar

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the self-made decoction of An Shen Fu Bi treating psoriasis vulgaris and the impact on the depression and anxiety of patients, from the perspective of the modern medicine mode and the whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine To investigate the treatment of psoriasis.Methods: Choose 57 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris who meat the included standard,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with Compound clobetasol propionate cream, psychological intervention accompanied the treatment process. The treatment group was treated with decoction of An Shen Fu Bi on the basis of the control group.The efficacy was evaluated by psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) every four weeks. The depression and anxiety of patients evaluated by Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) before and after treatment.Counting and analyzing the datas of each groups.Results: In the 4 weeks after treatment,two groups were of the same effect; in 8 and 12 weeks after treatment, the treatment group was more effective than the control group. Total efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher, and had a low incidence of adverse reactions. The depression and anxiety of two groups were both relieved. But the treatment group was more effective than the control group. After 12 weeks treatment, the treatment group was more effective than the control group in relieving symptoms, such as depression, anxiety, irritability, difficult decisions, anxiety,fear, physical pain, weakness, shortness of breath, hands and feet tingling,sleep disorders and so on.Conclusion: The self-prescription decoction of An Shen Fu Bi to treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in the premise of adequate treatment is effective, safe and good; it could relieve depression and anxiety in patients, improve symptoms of somatization and inhibition of motor nerve. And it was more effective than psychological intervention in reducing the scores of depression and anxiety when combining with psychological intervention. It could adjust bad emotions of patients,which was helpful to the treatment and control of the disease. Treatment of psoriasis vulgaris, which combining with characteristics of traditional chinese medicine and patient’s condition on a patient’s psychological intervention,were targeted, holistic, personalized, is also consistent with the development of the medical model.
