Research objective:Acne is a common and chronic inflammatory skin disease of hair follicle sebaceous gland, Its clinical manifestations is that face, chest and back will break out in pimples, some lipid emboli is squeezed out sometimes, which color is white or blond. At the beginning, erythra presents acne, papules and pustules, serious erythra is accompanied by nodules, cysts, scars and pigmentation. In recent years, with the improvement of living standards, changes in diet and nutrition, the incidence trend of the disease has been changed from teenagers to the elderly and the young. The incidence of women also has a trend of growth after their adolescence. Eventhough western medicine treatment theod is rich, many patients seek for treatment of traditional Chinese medicine due to its serious side effect.Ttraditional Chinese medicine treatment has its unique characteristic, Domestic and foreign scholars in modern times have rich experience on the incidence of the disease, influencing factors and treatment, The clinical research of TCM is very popular among people, opinion on syndrome differentiation and selecting prescription medication, in recent years, also gradually becomes more and more consistent. The purpose of this study is based on computer data mining technology integrates with tatistical analysis methods (frequency analysis, association rules analysis), statistical analysis about domestic literature in modern medicine for acne was carried out, aiming at exploring and mining rules and characteristics of medication, and which is about the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acne, and analysing potential links among literatures, Providing the reference basis for the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Acne treatment experience inherited from our ancestors and their ability of clinical practice improved, in the hope of innovation, through the study of ancient literature of TCM. Research method:Related literature retrieved from 1979 to 2014 years (nearly 40 years) about TCM, TCM and western medicine in the treatment of acne. In accordance with the inclusion criteria strictly, exclusion criteria for screening, collection of literature data of acne at the greatest degree. This study selected 81 articles in accordance with standards, including 81 prescriptions,123 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines. Statistical analysis of the literature, analysis of Chinese medicine literatures’association or correlation by using the method of descriptive statistics and association rules to analyse core medication, which acne is cured through 81 prescriptions, Through the statistical result analysis, summarization the law of medication of TCM treatment of acne, people hoped that, in the future, traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne disease will play a significant role in guiding and reference. Result:(1) What the study find is, truly, there are many drugs that their usage frequency occupy up 25%, these drugs are Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Scutellaria Baicalensis, Hedyotis Diffusa, Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, Forsythia Suspensa, Radix Rehmanniae, Cortex Moutan, gardenia. Taraxacum Mongolicum, Cortex Mori, Phellodendron Chinense, Angelica Sinensis, respctively. (2) All traditional Chinese medicine appears 892 times, and whose statistical categories ranked in the top 5, orderly, are heat-clearing and detoxicating medicinal, heat-clearing and dampness-drying medicinal, heat-clearing and blood-cooling medicinal, tonifying Qi medicinal, blood-activating to regulate menstruation medicinal. (3) The results show that in four Qi, Chinese Herbal Medicine with cold nature accounts for the most(about 56.91%), and Chinese Herbal Medicine with warm nature is shorter(26.02%), In five taste, bitter taste medicine is extensively applied, and sweet medicine ranks the second, pungent drugs ranks the last, these three kinds of medicine account for about 87.63% of the total. (4) As results shown, the medicine to cure the disease has different characteristics on channel tropism, and was extensively applied in the liver meridian, lung meridian, stomach meridian, spleen meridian, appeared 67,48,47,38 times, respectively, their frequencies were 21.97%,15.74%,15.41%,12.46%. (5) Their relationship were analyzed through the analysis of association rules. The details are as follows: Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch often applied by combining with Folium Eriobotryae, Cortex Mori, Scutellaria Baicalensis, Forsythia Suspensa, Hedyotis Diffusa, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae); Scutellaria Baicalensisusually with Folium Eriobotryae, Cortex Mori, Forsythia Suspensa, Hedyotis Diffusa, Salvia Miltiorrhiza; while Hedyotis Diffusaoften with Folium Eriobotryae, Cortex Mori, Scutellaria Baicalensis, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Forsythia Suspensaand Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae; And Flos Lonicerae Japonicae should be applied by combining with Forsythia Suspensa, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Folium Eriobotryae, Hedyotis Diffusa, Scutellaria Baicalensis, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae; Forsythia Suspensa should with Cortex Mori, Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, Hedyotis Diffusa, Scutellaria Baicalensis, Folium Eriobotryae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae; Radix Rehmanniae often combines with Fructus ligustri lucidi, Eclipta Prostrata, Anemarrhena AsphodeloidesPhellodendron Chinense, Salvia Miltiorrhiza; Used in compatibility of Cortex Moutan with Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Gardenoside, Gypsum Fibrosum, Folium Eriobotryae. Cortex Mori, Radix Rehmanniae; Gardenia Jasminoides with adlay, Scutellaria Baicalensis, Scutellaria Baicalensis, Folium Eriobotryae, Cortex Mori, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae; Taraxacum Mongolicum with Radix Rehmanniae, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, Angelica Sinensis, Gardenia Jasminoides, Flos Lonicerae Japonicae. Analysis and conclusion are obtained by above results combining with clinical, prescriptions of Chinese materia are applied to common diseases in clinical practice, which are lung wind heat syndrome, gastrointestinal damp heat syndrome, hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency syndrome, namely, increase or decrease of Loquat Qingfei decoction (Folium Eriobotryae. Cortex Mori, Scutellaria Baicalensis, Forsythia Suspensa, Hedyotis Diffusa, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae); Huang Lian relieving internal heat or fever decoction(Coptis chinensis Franch, Scutellaria Baicalensis, black Gardenia Jasminoides); increase or decrease of Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan and Er Zhi Wan (Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge, Fructus ligustri lucidi, Eclipta Prostrata, Phellodendron Chinense, Salvia Miltiorrhiza).Conclusion:(1)Medicine of acne is mainly composed by vegetable drugs, which account for about 92.68%, and animal drugs are running after vegetable drugs (5.69%), and occupy approximately 98.37% of the total, the usage rate of tubers is at the first in the application of vegetable drugs, accounting for about 46.49%of the total. (2) Application rate of bitter drugs, pungent drugs and sweet medicine is in taste top, Chinese Herbal Medicine with cold accounted for the highest, and Chinese Herbal Medicine with warm in second. (3) Channe ltropism of TCM that cure the disease are mainly lung meridian, it is closely related with the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease. (4)Application rate of heat-clearing medicinal, such asScutellaria Baicalensis, Hedyotis Diffusa, Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, Forsythia Suspensa. is extremely high. (5) the usage rate of notifying Qi medicinal, such as Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Radix Codonopsis, Dioscorea opposita, Poria Cocos, is as high as that of bitter drugs.
