Based On Data Mining, Some Chinese Medicine Dermatology Genres In Beijing Have Studied Acne Experience

BACKGROUND:Acne is one of chronic common dermatological diseases.It is more common in adolescents,which will affect the appearance,and will change into a scar in the anaphase.And it will cause a lot of pressure to the patient in the same time.Modern medical treatment of acne concentrates on anti-infective treatment and vitamin A derivatives,which has small individual differences a,repeated treatment,and relatively large side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine bases on the overall concept.With dialectical treatment,the effect is obvious and has small side effects.Zhu Renkang school and Zhao Bingnan school are the two representatives of the dermatology school in Beijing.They have different views on diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases,which are worth learning and inheritance.OBJECTIVE:Using data mining technology,we’ll do a research about the academic thoughts,clinical experiences,commonalities and differences of speculative laws on acne diagnosis and treatment of the two main dermatology schools-Zhu Renkang school,among which we choose four representatives whose names are Zhu Renkang,Zhuang GuoKang,Xu Xian,Song Ping,and Zhao Bingnan school,among which we also choose four representatives whose names are Chen Tongyun,Qu JianHua,Ma Yibing,Liu Qing.METHOD:Zhu Renkang school chose Zhu Renkang’s diagnosis and treatment of surgical skin dermatological records from the documents of Zhu,which was published before December,2016.And the records of the representatives of Zhu school.Zhuang Guokang’s diagnoses and treatments in Guang’an Men Hospital,Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2010 to December 2015,and Xu Xian’s and Song Ping’s diagnoses and treatments in the same hospital from January 2010 to December 2016.Zhao Bingnan school chose the records of diagnoses and treatments by Chen Tongyun,Qu Jianhua,Ma Yibing,Liu Qing in the Capital Medical University Affiliated Hospital of Beijing Chinese medicine from January 2012 to December 2015.After data normalization processing,they established eight databases to do the complex network data statistical analysis and mining respectively.Statistical analysis of eight experts’ frequency of medication treatment and the relevance of medication,then summed up its core prescription,and compared the two schools.RESULTS:① Zhu Renkang’s clinical treatment of acne of which the core of the prescription includes salvia miltiorrhiza,peach kernel,rhizoma coptidis,flos lonicerae,herba schizonepetae,white mulberry root-bark,rhizoma atractylodis,etc.② Zhuang GuoKang’s outpatient treatment of acne of which the core of the prescription includes honeysuckle,salvia miltiorrhiza,chrysanthemum indicum,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,angelica,bitter DeDing,et.③ Xu Xian’s outpatient treatment of acne of which the core of the prescription includes licorice,red sage root,radix scutellariae,poria cocos,DeDing,rhizoma atractylodis,forsythia,dandelion,etc.④Song Ping’s outpatient treatment of acne of which the core of the prescription includes cassia twig,dandelion,radix salvia miltiorrhiza,hives,lotus root,honeysuckle,radix geutianae,etc.⑤Chen Tongyun’s outpatient treatment of acne of which the core of the prescription includes wormwood,salvia miltiorrhiza,forsythia,angelica,phellodendron amurense,wild chrysanthemum flower,etc.⑥QuJianHua’s outpatient treatment of acne of which the core of the prescription includes wormwood,salvia miltiorrhiza,angelica,forsythia,cortex phellodendri,honeysuckle,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,etc.⑦Ma Yibing’s outpatient treatment of acne of which the core of the prescription includes gentiana scabra bge,radix rehmanniae,Fried atractylodes,sophora,dried tangerine or orange peel,leaf,etc.⑧ Liu Qing’s outpatient treatment of acne of which the core of the prescription includes st John’s wort,wild chrysanthemum flower,angelica,white mulberry root-bark,gall,radix scutellariae,loquat leaf,rhizoma coptidis,etc.⑨Zhu Renkang school’s acne treatment most commonly used heat-clearing and detoxicating drugs,such as honeysuckle,dandelion,bitter DeDing,forsythia,followed by desiccant drugs,such as radix scutellariae,rhizoma atractylodis,poria cocos,as well as cool blood and phlegm fights medicine,also attached great importance to the heat dehumidification of radix scutellariae and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis of salvia miltiorrhiza.⑩Zhao Bingna school’s acne treatment most commonly used heat dehumidification,such as capillary artemisia,cortex phellodendri,radix scutellariae,rhizoma coptidis,followed by heat of poison,such as st John’s wort,wild chrysanthemum flower,dandelion,as well as medicine for activating blood circulation,such as salvia miltiorrhiza,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,angelica,still cool blood,ziyin medicine and phlegm fights medicine,especially the forsythia of heat-clearing and detoxifying and been wormwood.Eight physicians’s acne treatment most commonly used heat-clearing and detoxicating drugs,such as st John’s wort,honeysuckle,dandelion,wild chrysanthemum flower,bitter DeDing,licorice,etc.,followed by invigorate the circulation of drugs,such as salvia miltiorrhiza,angelica sinensis,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,angelica,motherwort and so on,clear heat desiccant drugs,such as radix scutellariae,rhizoma coptidis and herba artemisiae,cortex phellodendri,cool blood,such as Oriental arborvitae,loquat leaf,the leaf,cogongrass rhizome,etc.,and phlegm fights medicine.At the same time they attached great importance to the heat dehumidification of radix scutellariae and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis of salvia miltiorrhiza.CONCLUSION:Zhu Renkang school and Zhao Bingnan school both agreed that heat,wet,stasis were the main pathogenic causes of acne,the disease appears in the liver,lung,spleen and stomach,and the treatment is mainly for detoxification,spleen dehumidification,blood circulation,liver qi Mainly.In addition,Zhu Renkang school paid more attention to blood circulation,phlegm Sanjie,clinical combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,flexible use of modern pharmacology research treatment of acne;Zhao Bingnan school paid more attention to spleen dehumidification,making good use of cited drugs,emphasizing the importance of external treatment.Two schools have their own characteristics on acne treatment,and have achieved excellent results.In the transmission of genre,Zhu Renkang school develops from the transmission,and make continuous changes on the election drug use according to the geographical changes.They insist on Chinese traditional treatment while at the same time refer to the Western treatment,which forms a clear combination of traditional Chinese and Western characteristics.Zhao Bingnan school’s inheritance of academic thought is more complete and restore,academic heirs’ diagnosis and treatment ideas have obvious characteristics of academic schools,and at the same time have their own characteristics.
