| Objective:Infertility means not pregnant after one year regular married life without coutraception. The most important and commen reason for infertility is tubal infertility, account for about one-third of all patients with infertility.Any factors that can cause tubal function abnormal can cause tubal infertility.,the most common factor is the salp ingitis that caused by infection. The causative agent that can cause salpingitis include bacterium, protozoon, mycoplasma, chlamydia.Mycoplasma that spread by sexual contact is a risk factor of tubal infertility. The text based on 70 cases of tubal infertility by lapa roscopic surgery patients as the research object.According to the presence or not of mycoplasma infection history can be divided into two groups, laparoscopic see centered, observed the similarities and differences between the two groups of tubal and pelvic or ganizations around the lesion of tubal infertility that caused by mycoplasma infection.Method:Seventy women who had received laproscopy because of tubal infertility in Dalian medical university hospital from Feb 2014 to Dec 2015 were studied. All pat ients did the hysterosal pingography in patient department before operation. The postope rative results are tubal infertility,None had been treated from radiography to operation.None of the patients had ovulation obstacle and endometriosis,None of the patients hadsuffered choamydiae infection, gonorrhoea, tuberculosis, and all of them are genital developed normally, except male infertility factors,The seventy women all did the routine examination include gynecologic examination and leucorrhea pap smears examination before the operation in addition to acute inflammation of reproductive organs. The women were divided into two groups:33 women’s cervical secretions were positive for mycoplasma recurrently(A group),37 women had no mycoplasma infection(B group). The two groups compare with average age,the average length of infertility, the proportion of primary infertility, the proportion of secondary infertility, history of uterine cavity operation, menstrual history of change and hypogastralgia had no statisticalsignificance(P>0.1).they had comparability.Respectively to compare the relationship between the appearance of the tubal, the side of the tubal barrier, the part of tubal obstruction, the degree of adhesion in tubal and peripheral tissues and the lucid degree in tubal.Results:(1)The the appearance of the fallopian tubes between two groups showed statistical significance(p<0.05).The mycoplasma-positive group usually don’t change the appearance of the fallopian.(2)There was some difference between mycoplasma-po sitive group and mycoplasma-negative group concerning the tubal infertility, which hadstatistical significance(p<0.05).(3)The comparisons on tubal obstruction site between mycoplasma-positive group and mycoplasma-negative group had no statistical significance(p>0.05).(4)In mycoplasma-positive group the adhesion degree of the fallopian tube and peripheral tissues usually mild or moderate, while in mycoplasma-negative group the adhesion degree of the fallopian tube and peripheral tissues usually moderate or severe, which had statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusions: Tubal infertility that caused by mycoplasma infection compared to that no mycoplasma infection of the tube infertility in the appearance of fallopian tube shape did not change significantly, and the cause of the fallopian tubes and the surroun ding pelvic adhesion degree is also lighter, and both in the fallopian tube disorders side and obstruction site are different. |
