Objective : To evaluate the curative effect of the integrated chinese-western therapy in treating the tubal infertility patients. Methods:Studying and following up 131 patients who were suffering tubal infertility from April 2007 to January 2008 in the infertility clinic of Women and Infants' Hospital of Shenyang.The integrated chinese-western therapy were taking chinese herbal drugs orally and doing tubal hydrotubation;the therapy of Western Medicine was merely doing tubal hydrotubation.Both the two groups were followed up to January 31,2008.Then calculated and compared the statistics of the tubal patency rate and pregnancy rate.Results:The total efficiency rate of the integrated group was 70.1%,which was significantly different from the rate of the comparison group ,which was 51.3%(P<0.05).Conclusions:The integrated chinese-western therapy in treating the tubal infertility patients and improving the clinical pregnancy rate were more effective than merely doing tubal hydrotubation. Meanwhile,with the older ages and longer durations, the treatments became more difficult.
