ObjectiveRetrospective analysis of this topic in recent 3 years by UU infection of the fallopian tube obstruction infertility patients receiving interventional recanalization image after treatment with TCM tubal patency, ectopic pregnancy, intrauterine pregnancy rate and abortion rate observed statistical analysis solution Mycoplasma infection and control groups of tubal obstruction infertility by radiological intervention recanalization after treatment with TCM curative effects of the situation, to explore the efficacy of tubal obstruction infertility factors provide a reference.MethodsOf March 2008-2011 in March in Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital with FTR and Chinese medicine treatment after surgery was 65 cases of tubal occlusion were retrospectively analyzed. Half year follow-up were compared the success rate of recanalization surgery, tubal patency after six months, such as ectopic pregnancy and intrauterine pregnancy.Result1. The rate of intraoperative patency control group was 88.1%, UU infection group was 87.0% in both groups was not significant by statistical difference (X2=0.031, P=0.859>0.05)2. After six months, then tubal occlusion control group was 12.8%, UU infection group was 17.1% in both groups was not significant by statistical difference (X2=0.272, P=0.602>0.05); control group, while the poor tubal rate was 33.3%, UU infection group was 34.3% in both groups was not significant by statistical difference (X2=0.070, P=0.931>0.05); control group tubal patency rate was 53.8% complete, UU infection group 48.6%, the two groups was not significant by statistical difference (X2=0.205, P=0.650>0.05). There was no significant difference between two groups while the intrauterine pregnancy rate was 37.5% in the gynecological endoscope group and 35.8% in the FTR group (X2=0.069, P=0.793>0.05)3. After six months in the control group of intrauterine pregnancy rate was 38.2%, UU infection group was 35.5% in both groups was not significant by statistical difference (X2=0.053, P=0.818>0.05).4. After six months in the control group of normal intrauterine pregnancy rate was 26.5%, UU infection group was 25.8% (X2=0.015, P=0.901>0.05), abnormal intrauterine pregnancy rate for the control group 17.6%, UU infection was 16.1% (X2=0.027, P=0.870>0.05), after no significant statistical difference.5. After six months the control group,11.8% of ectopic pregnancy, ectopic UU infection group, pregnancy rate was 19.4%, the statistical difference was not significant (X2=0.253, P=0.615>0.05).ConelusionFor those who had not been infected with UU infection and tubal infertility in patients with proximal obstruction by imaging combined with interventional recanalization after treatment, the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine quite, that UU infection may be less destructive to the fallopian tubes or no significant effect.
