| Background:With the increasing role of women in society, the increasing of breast disease, especially the incidence of breast cancer, has become one of the most common malignant tumors in the world, and it is also an important cause of female death. The key to the disease in the three stage of prevention is early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment. Medical science and technology is developing rapidly, but the mammography is still an effective method for breast cancer screening, and a number of studies at home and abroad are sure to be the gold standard for breast cancer screening.2004 "million women breast cancer screening project" started in china.2007 "mammography technician certificates" system was implemented. Breast X-ray photography into the standardization process. Our mammography screening to made the situation. Today’s breast X-ray photography to the development of digital photography, the film or the IP to abandon the past to develop a digital conversion, to develop digital imaging, laser printers print film, post processing technology is powerful, clear, easy to operate.Purposely:To study the advantages and disadvantages of mammography in the diagnosis of breast diseases, and to compare other imaging methods, to improve the diagnosis and diagnosis of breast diseases, and to guide the clinical examination, to avoid over inspection or inspection.Objects and methods:64 cases of breast cancer in our hospital during September-2014 were examined by color Doppler ultrasound in patients. Methods USA Hologic double 22-35KV, tungsten and molybdenum target,100-160mAs. All patients underwent molybdenum target craniocaudal (CC) and mediolateral oblique (MLO) photography, individual lesions showed poor, according to local amplification photography. Images obtained by two independent radiologists using double blind method to read the film, not the views of the same by the radiology reading piece of unified diagnosis. The diagnosis of breast imaging report and data system (BI-RADS) classification using the United States Radiology Association recommended. The results of routine ultrasound, MRI, CT were retrospectively analyzed.By age group, with symptoms and clinical palpation, choose the best means of inspection. Results:The difference of the X-ray films in the breast lesions was statistically significant (P=0.001). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 83.3%,97.8% and 81.2%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions were 80.6%、84.7% and 83.6% respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combined ultrasound and CT in the evaluation of benign and malignant lesions of the breast lesions were 94.4%、97.8%、 92.2%Conclusion:Breast mammography has a high diagnostic value in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses. The specificity and accuracy of mammography are higher than those of conventional ultrasound. The combination of CT and MRI can improve the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of diagnosis of benign and malignant breast. |
