Object: To explore Application research of DCE、BI-RADS combined with DWI To disscuss the Benignand malignant in Breast LesionsMethods:1、sixty cases were collected from January of2011to October of2013with unilateral breastmasses which confirmed by biopsy or surgical pathology underwent MRI flat sweep and dynamiccontrast-enhancement,all were female, age from twenty-nine to sixty years old, the average age (±SD) was45±7.5years. All cases on MRI Canon in January after surgery or biopsy pathology results28patients (30cases of benign lesions),8cases with fibroadenoma, inflammatory mass in2cases,5cases with intraductalpapilloma, cystic hyperplasia of mammary gland fiber and ductal epithelial hyperplasia of different level4cases,11cases of mammary gland disease. Malignant lesions in32cases (35lesions), the infiltrating ductalcarcinoma of the23cases of invasive lobular carcinoma4cases, intraductal carcinoma3cases, invadingductal lobular carcinoma3cases,2cases mucous adenocarcinoma. With5cases of multiple in60cases,including2cases of benign and malignant in3cases.2、Using GE Signa1.5T.HD MR and a proprietaryphase array surface breast coil to do both and whole breasts MRI.3、With3D MIP software in the AW4.3workstation, using the relatively significant strengthening peak of phase images subtracted the flat images,After processing the ADC, refer to dynamic enhancement lesion location determined lesions. Comparison with pathological results, according to the DCE dynamicenhancement curve in the diagnosis of breast cancer were100%,70.0%, the sensitivity and specificityAccording to the DWI data analysis in the diagnosis of breast cancer can sensitivity and specificity were94.2%,94.2%; Dynamic enhancement curve, DWI combined BI-RADS can comprehensive analysis, thesensitivity of the diagnosis of breast cancer, specific degree88.5%,77.8%respectively.Conclusion: Dynamic enhanced MRI sequence, DWI technique can BI-RADS jointly for thediagnosis of breast lesions had a higher diagnostic coincidence rate and specific degrees, thequalitative diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions has a certain value and significance.
