| ObjectiveObserve colon cleansing soup oral and enema treatment of colon syndrome clinical curative effect of UC,and explore its action mechanism in theory,to provide clear bowel decoction in the treatment of UC certain clinical basis.MethodTake the outpatient or inpatient department patients in Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 as the object,in accord with standard of western medicine diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for certificate of mild and moderate activity in patients with UC,according to the doctor order were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine control group.Observation group was given oral colon cleansing soup add enema treatment,daily 1 agent,Fried twice,mix to 300 ml,two in the morning and evening temperature is uniform,the other will be liquid to thick bed till 100 ml in enema;Control to the willow nitrogen sulfanilamide pyridine(SASP)oral treatment,4 g/d,4 times of oral,cooperate with dexamethasone 5mg + gentamicin 80000 U add in 100 ml of metronidazole and sodium chloride injection,in enema before bed.The two groups are continuous treatment of 8 weeks,Continuous enema for 5 days,rest for 2 days,observe and record the change of the two groups of patients with related indicators.After the observation with SPSS19.0 analysis: level use the Ridit analysis data,categorical data by chi-square test,measurement data using test,P<0.05 there are significant differences.Result1.During the observation period,a total of 46 patients met the criteria for UC patients,according to the order of treatment were randomly divided into two groups,each of 23 cases.The observation group of 1 cases due to changes in the working environment,the control group of 2 cases due to the middle of stopping drugs were removed.In statistics,a total of 43 cases,including Qingchang Decoction 22 cases in observation group,the control group of 21 cases of salad.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gender,age,duration of disease,disease and symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The two groups of TCM symptom total score all much lowered compared to before treatment(P < 0.05),and observe the therapeutic group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05);observation group in improving the diarrhea,pus and blood stool,abdominal pain,anal burning,tenesmus symptoms than the control group(P < 0.05).3.In fecal occult blood disappear rate,the observation group curative effect is better than that of the control group(P < 0.05);and in colonic mucosa lesion score of the efficacy of the two groups considerably(P > 0.05).4.Comprehensive clinical curative effect comparison: observation group and control group total effective rate were 81.82%,80.95%,the efficacy of the observation group was equivalent to that of the control group(P>0.05).5.Comparison of two groups of TCM syndromes: observation group and control group total effective rate was 86.36%,66.67%,the observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).6.Two groups of remission compared to the situation: the observation group in the control of remission was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).7.The follow-up: followed up 3 months after the end of treatment,the observation group go into remission 9 cases of patients and control group go into remission 6 cases patients had recurrence in 3 cases,the relapse rate was 33.33% and 50.00% observed group curative effect surpasses the control group(P < 0.05).ConclusionClear bowel decoction to treat large intestine syndrome UC effective prescription,and has the characteristics of good security,low recurrence rate.According to the analysis of theories and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine composition formula is rigorous,the party from e."to shun,to use" characteristics,heat drying dampness,detoxification check flow field,with qi and blood,spleen and replenishing qi,and symptoms.From the modern pharmacological research analysis,his own can strengthen the body’s immune,adjusting intestinal flora,improving colonic mucosal blood circulation,promote restoration of the ulcer surface,improve the effect of systemic symptom,treatment of UC has scientific theoretical basis.From the analysis on treatment,qingchang tonga subtraction oral comprehensive treatment of UC from overall condition,with clear bowel of soup retention enema direct effects on the colon mucosa of local lesions,the combination of global and local.In conclusion shows that traditional Chinese medicine compound soup of colon cleansing of syndrome UC have certain curative effect,deserves further research and extension. |
