Explore The Laws Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Combined With TACE Of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Literature

Objective:Explore the laws of the syndrome types development of TC M in patients with Primary Hepatic Carcinoma before and after the sta ge of the treatment by Transcatheter Arterial Intervention and the prescr iptions rules of Chinese medicine treatment combined with TACE in pa tients with Primary Hepatic Carcinoma,in order to supply objective pro of and theory basis for clinical and scientific research.Methods:Using metrology analysis methods to analyze the literatures about the syndrome types development of TCM in patients with Primary Hepatic Carcinoma,the syndrome types development of TCM in patients with Primary Hepatic Carcinoma after the treatment by Transcatheter Arterial Intervention and the prescriptions rules of Chinese medicine treatment combined with TACE in patients with Primary Hepatic Carcinoma which are published from 1990 to 2014.Therefore the common type of syndrome,the characteristics of changes after the treatment of TACE,the treatment principle and the common prescriptions and the common Chinese herbs of Primary hepatocellular carcinoma would be summarized subsequently.Results:There are in total 309 documents in this research,including 227 literatures which are relevant to syndrome research,9 literatures relevant to explore the distributing and development regularity of the syndrome types of TCM during the stage of the treatment of TACE,73 literatures relevant to Chinese herbals,63 literatures relevant to the treatment principle and the common prescriptions.The results showed that: 1、The common TCM types of syndromes rank among the top 10 in turn is:stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency,deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin,qi-stagnation and blood stasis,hepatic and cholic hygropyrexia,liver-qi stagnation,deficiency of spleen-qi,deficiency of spleen and damp-excessive,damp-heat,deficiency of qi and yin and deficiency of the vital essestial and blood stasis.And stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency,deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin,qi-stagnation and blood stasis,hepatic and cholic hygropyrexia are the four common TCM types of syndromes of PLC.The frequency of them is up to 52.61% among the whole syndrome frequency.2、The distributing and development regularity of the syndrome types of TCM after TACE:the distributional difference was significant between before and after TACE(P<0.05).And the syndrome types named qi-stagn ation and blood stasis、stagnation of liver qi、liver-blood stasis decrease d by 3.92%、5.56%、and 2.53% respectively after TACE.However the s yndrome types named endoretention of damp heat、deficiency of liver-yi n and kidney-yin、the deficiency of spleen qi increased by 5.95%、2.18%、3.83% respectively after TACE.According to the deep analysis,stagn ation of liver qi and qi-stagnation and blood stasis decreased significant ly after TACE(P<0.05).Endoretention of damp heat、the deficiency of sp leen qi increased significantly after TACE(P<0.05).The other syndrome t ypes have no significant difference before and after TACE(P>0.05).3、The common treatment princple rank among the top 5 in turn is:promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis、strengthen the spleen and replenish qi、clear away heat and toxic materials、disperse stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation and resolve the hard lumps.The frequency of them is up to 78.1%.4、Common Chinese herbs:the Chinses herbs rank among the top 10 in turn is:baizhu、fuling、dangsan、huangqi、baihuasheshecao、chaihu、ezhu、gancao、baishao、banzhilian.Among them,the drugs which are used to restore vital energy are the most commonly used,followed by the drugs which are used to clear away heat、promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis、regulate qi、regulate water and induce diuresis 、promote gastrointestinal peristalsis,etc.Conclusion:According to literature analysis,it is primarily stated that deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin,qi-stagnation and blood stasis,stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency,hepatic and cholic hygropyrexia are the basic types in the process of primary liver cancer.We know that after TACE the main incremental syndrome types named endoretention of damp heat and the deficiency of spleen qi.So after TACE we should apply the drugs which are used to strengthen the spleen and qi、clear away heat and induce diuresis.This research analyzes the literatures which are about the syndrome types development of TCM,The distributing and development regularity of the syndrome types of TCM after TACE and the common Chinese herbs.This outcome can supply a thought for syndrome differentiation and dialedtical thinking,which is useful in combining differentiate disease and syndrome to treat primary hepatocellular carcinoma.The common used herbals can supply an evidence for building Chinese medicine guiding principles.
