1 ObjectiveSummary of academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Zhang; his experience summary of how to cure stoke by the method of “Tong Du Tiao Shen”; his clinic research of how to cure balance disorders after stroke by the method of “Tong Du Tiao Shen”.2 Methods2.1 Through literature retrieval, look up monograph and following guide teacher for diagnose to sum up and summarize clinical academic thought of Professor Zhang; especially for his experience summary of how to cure stoke by the method of “Tong Du Tiao Shen”.2.2 Explore his clinic research of how to cure balance disorders after stroke by the method of “Tong Du Tiao Shen”. 90 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into three groups: the “Tong Du Tiao Shen” group(treatment group), the general acupuncture group(control group one), the rehabilitation group(control group two). The treatment group adopted “Tong Du Tiao Shen” acupuncture, control group one with ordinary acupuncture and control group two only with rehabilitation training. Specific acupuncture manipulation methods: the main points of each alternating choose 3-4 points, the secondary points to add and subtract because of the disease. Retain the needle for 30 minutes, twist the needle continuously for 2-3 minutes and repeat this manipulation 1 time during retain period. The patient accepted the treatment once a day, six times a week, during two weeks, a total of 2 courses. Limb balance function rehabilitative degrees,motor balance function level and daily life ability were assessed by using Berg,brief Fugl-Meyer and Bartheis ADL indexes assessment methods to investigate therapeutic effects of “Tong Du Tiao Shen” acupuncture on balance disorders after stoke.3 Conclude3.1 Academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Zhang: Treat physical disease and psychological influence at the same time; Inherit the ancient thought but not stick in the mud; Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine; Treatment based on the disease syndrome and syndrome differentiation, while taking syndrome differentiation as the core; Highlight the concept of holism; Attach great importance to “the earth”; Flexibility in the use of du meridian for acupuncture.3.2 Experience of Professor Zhang using acupuncture treatment of “Tong Du Tiao Shen” for stroke: The view of “Tong Du Tiao Shen”; The relationship of “Du” and “God”; The experience of syndrome differentiation for stroke; Analysis of how to choose the points for the theory of “Tong Du Tiao Shen”.3.3 Compared three groups before and after treatment, there were significant differences in Berg scores, Fugl-Meyer scores, MBI scores(P<0.05). After treatment, the effect in “Tong Du Tiao Shen”(Treatment group) and the general acupuncture group(control group one) were significantly superior to those in Rehabilitation therapy(control group two)(P<0.05). “Tong Du Tiao Shen”(Treatment group) and the general acupuncture group(control group one) have no significant difference(P>0.05).4 ResultThe paper summarize academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Zhang, his experience summary of how to cure stoke by the method of “Tong Du Tiao Shen”, his clinic research of how to cure balance disorders after stroke by the method of “Tong Du Tiao Shen”: Both of “Tong Du Tiao Shen”(Treatment group) and the general acupuncture group(control group one) can improve post-stroke patients’ balance and the activities of daily living; There is no obvious difference between the two treatments of “Tong Du Tiao Shen”(Treatment group) and the general acupuncture group(control group one); Clinical curative effect of “Tong Du Tiao Shen”(Treatment group) is remarkable, which is worth of clinical application. |
