Objective: To investigate the effects of extracted from Lysimachia christinae Hance on rats with kidney stones, and to explore the possibility of its use in clinical practice.Material: 100 average body mass of male SD rats(210. 0 ± 20.0) g; plant leaves from Rocks in Pengze CountyMethod:1 Separation and purification of Lysimachia christinae Hance by macroporous resin, by LC-MS technology for quality control. 2 rats were divided into four groups,Group I(25 rats) were fed a normal particle;group II were fed 1% + 2% ammonium chloride water glycol ig daily 2mL;Group III were fed 1% + 2% ammonium chloride ethylene glycol drinking water per day + ig 2mL plant extract liquid carbonic anhydrase; Plant extract was used alone as carbonic anhydrase in IV group。All rats were fed 30 d. 3. general renal indicators of rats urine were test.4. The rats were killed after excised kidneys then, observed changes in the appearance and use of immunohistochemical method to detect kidney superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity expression.Results: 1 purified Lysimachia christinae Hance was 68.34%, and it tontains isoorientin and isovitexin flavonoid glycosides.. 2.Comparison of the four groups of rats urine urea nitrogen, creatinine and uric acid levels,which show no statistical significance(P> 0.05); the difference was statistically significant between group Ⅲ,Ⅳand groupⅠ,Ⅱ 24 h urine(P <0.05); Four groups of rats calcium levels pairwise differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). 3.oxalate crystals form were found in groupⅡrat kidney. 22 cases of renal crystal formation and visible crystalline slightly dilated kidney stones and renal tubular; no significant crystallization of kidney stones were found in kidney tissue in group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ, however, visible tubular structural distortion and dilation change were found. The expression of SOD in four groups rats were 1.11 + 0.23, 1.15 + 0.56, 10.35 + 0.45 and 13.34 + 0.67. The expression of carbonic anhydrase was statistically significant in group II and group III(p<0.001), expression of group I and II was not statistically significant( p=0.641>0.05)Conclusion: 1.Lysimachia christinae Hance can promote rat urinary calcium excretion and reduce rat kidney crystals.2. Dose and urinary calcium excretion had positively relationship with Lysimachia christinae Hance in a certain range.3. rats after taking Lysimachia christinae Hance group immunohistochemical staining microscopy no crystal exists, suggesting that Lysimachia christinae Hance inhibition ofcrystal formation, crystallization has been formed dissolution.4. The positive control group(group Ⅳ) shows no injury in Lysimachia christinae Hance alone on rat kidneys.
